In his article, where he stated, "The mayors of Bakırköy, Maltepe, Kadıköy, Esenyurt, Adalar, and Şişli are expected to be replaced," Saymaz said the following:
THE "AVCILAR, SARIYER, ATAŞEHİR" UNCERTAINTY
Sharing the information that "The mayors of Beşiktaş, Kartal, Beylikdüzü, Büyükçekmece, and Küçükçekmece, who support the change, will remain in their positions," Saymaz added, "It is not yet clear whether Avcılar Mayor Turan Hançerli, Ataşehir Mayor Battal İlgezdi, and Sarıyer Mayor Şükrü Genç will stay."

In his article, Saymaz also provided names district by district and noted the following:
"It is considered certain that Mahir Polat, Deputy Secretary General of the Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality (IMM) from Ekrem İmamoğlu's team, will be nominated for Fatih; Emrah Şahan, President of the Istanbul Planning Agency, for Şişli; and Sinem Dedetaş, General Manager of City Lines (Şehir Hatları), for Üsküdar.
