The Istanbul, Ankara, and Anatolia plan! 'People's Alliance to announce local election decision today'

Sözcü columnist İsmail Saymaz stated that the AKP and MHP have divided districts in Istanbul and Ankara, and that the MHP will field candidates in Mersin and Muğla in addition to Manisa.

4 DISTRICTS IN ISTANBUL, 5 IN ANKARA

Saymaz shared the following from behind-the-scenes:

“The AK Party will field candidates in other metropolitan cities. Districts in Istanbul and Ankara have been shared; Silivri, Avcılar, Küçükçekmece, and Beşiktaş in Istanbul have been left to the MHP. In Ankara, in addition to Etimesgut, Polatlı, and Gölbaşı, which it already holds, Elmadağ and Kalecik have also been left to the MHP.

DECISION TO BE ANNOUNCED TODAY

Joint candidates will also be fielded in cities such as Kırşehir, Burdur, Bilecik, Artvin, Ardahan, Çanakkale, Kırklareli, Edirne, Bolu, and Sinop, which are currently held by the CHP, as well as in cities that the DEM Party could win. The People's Alliance is announcing its final decision today.”
