The Nationalist Movement Party (MHP) submitted a petition to the court in connection with the Sinan Ateş trial process, accusing and targeting 154 people for separatism and FETÖ affiliation.
Among the names targeted by the MHP are politicians and journalists.
Evaluating the MHP's petition, lawyer Ruşen Gültekin once again drew attention to the collapse of the justice system.
THE MUSTAFA SARIGÜL TAPE INCIDENT
In the program, Gültekin also opened for discussion the footage allegedly belonging to Mustafa Sarıgül, which has been occupying the political agenda for some time, and the legal dimensions of the culture of entrapment.
Ruşen Gültekin emphasized the real issues that society should question, rather than focusing on whether the footage of Sarıgül's private life is real or not.
