Why can't Turkey move forward with nuclear energy?

Bill Gates' small reactor insistence does notmean that Turkey can establish a security linein this field. As Asimov said years ago:If the energy isgreat, the error is also great.

Turkey's futureis nnot in nucleareither; but in millions of households that produce their own electricity, inbusinesses, and in localized energy systems. The true revolution of energylies there. A similar situation has begun for water with greywater projects, whichin my opinion is a very correctdecision.
