Our patriotic press is not writing about it. There is not a peep from our patriotic media. Patriotic political parties are as silent and guilty as a cat that has spilled milk. They are not making a sound either. I decided to say it myself. HEAR YE, PEOPLE!  THE CHP AND THE AK PARTY HAVE FORMED A COALITION.

As men of America, they have admitted Sweden into NATO with great passion. Well, congratulations to you, my lethargic people. There is no difference between the AK Party and the CHP. One half of the apple is the AKP, and the other half is the CHP. Both are in the service of contractor interests and land speculators.

Oh, you cowardly and self-serving deputies of the CHP and AKP, congratulations, you succeeded. Both Finland and Sweden have joined NATO. Bravo to your conscience. And you shamelessly talk about the Veteran Parliament. Who are you to speak of the Veteran Parliament? You, the men of US imperialism.

The CHP is commemorating the anniversary of Uğur Mumcu's death.  Should you laugh or cry? On one hand, they are in the service of imperialism, and on the other, they are commemorating Uğur Mumcu.

What about Atatürk? The CHP is tearing itself apart to commemorate Atatürk. It is a lie. There is no relationship between the CHP and Atatürk. The things they have said about Atatürk... The CHP is an imperialist party. It is a liberal party that is hostile to the public economy.  

It is a pro-American, pro-NATO, and pro-European Union party.

They are gathering in large crowds. They supposedly oppose Israel. In reality, they stand with imperialism.

Turkish ships are transporting goods to Israel. They are carrying various materials. So, they are supposedly against Israel. Large crowds are shouting 'Takbir.' Ships are going back and forth to Israel. They are busy deceiving the world. Takbir... May that takbir be your undoing. 

Residents of Kürecik and many others in the region voiced their opposition and protests immediately after the radar site was announced. In September 2011, Iran criticized Turkey over the installation of the early warning radar in southeastern Turkey, expressing concern that it would serve to protect Israel from Iranian missile attacks in the event of a possible war. Well, takbir... 

The radar in Kürecik and its location are of vital importance. This is because Kürecik does not only monitor Iran, but also brings the Caucasus and Russia into its field of vision.

The Turkish Armed Forces do not receive information directly from the Kürecik radar. Like other NATO member countries, it receives information such as the missile's position, probable impact area, and time of impact—compiled from data obtained by the Kürecik radar and detection satellites—via NATO communication lines from the Allied Air Command at Ramstein Air Base in Germany. Considering that Turkey's own air radars cannot technically detect ballistic and cruise missiles, the contact information obtained by the Kürecik radar and, consequently, the Allied Air Command, is also very important for Turkey's defense.

The Kürecik radar protects both NATO countries and Israel.

Another point that makes the Kürecik radar significant is that ballistic missiles launched from Iran against Israel can be easily detected by this radar. Although Turkey states that it allowed the Kürecik radar to be stationed on its territory on the condition that the contact information obtained from the radar would not be shared with Israel due to the tension in its bilateral relations with Israel, it is possible that the US is sharing radar contact information with Israel due to bilateral agreements on missile defense between the US and Israel. For this reason, it can be said that the Kürecik radar provides protection to Israel against ballistic missiles from Iran via the US, even if not directly.

In this case, one of the biggest trump cards in Turkey's hand would be the rhetoric of ending the operations of the Kürecik radar. Aware that the radar in question is indispensable for the security of NATO countries and Israel, Turkey may bring up the possibility of ending the operations of the Kürecik radar if sanctions are imposed. The fact that it protects them may also cause pressure to be applied on the US to resolve the issue through dialogue within NATO.

The deputy who could not enter the Kürecik Base

CHP Deputy Chairman Veli Ağbaba asked whether there were nuclear weapons at the Radar Base in Kürecik in a parliamentary question he submitted to the Speaker of the Grand National Assembly of Turkey for Prime Minister Binali Yıldırım to answer. Ağbaba's parliamentary question was as follows:

1. Was it known by your government that there were nuclear weapons at the Incirlik Base? If it was known, why did you feel the need to hide this fact from our people until today? Has any agreement been made with the US to hide the presence of nuclear weapons at the Incirlik Base?

2. Is it known by your government how many nuclear weapons are located at the Incirlik Air Base? If it is known, how many nuclear weapons are there? Are there any hydrogen bombs among them?

3. Does the US obtain any permission from Turkey to station nuclear weapons at the Incirlik Air Base? Is there such a provision for permission in the agreement made for this base?

4. Do you have any information regarding whether there are nuclear weapons at the Malatya Kürecik Radar Base as well? If you do not know whether there are nuclear weapons at bases in Turkey used by foreign countries, where can we obtain this information? Should we get the necessary permission from you or from the US to investigate whether there are nuclear weapons at the base?

5. Is the reason why this permission has not been granted, despite our repeated requests to conduct an inspection at the Malatya Kürecik Radar Base, intended to prevent the discovery of nuclear weapons if they exist at this base?

6. Is Turkey or the US responsible for the Kürecik Radar Base and the Incirlik Air Base?

Yes; the Kürecik Radar Base (Malatya) has been controversial since its establishment in 2010, and CHP's Ağbaba has been requesting permission to enter the base since 2012 but has been unable to obtain it!

The Kürecik Radar stationed in Malatya... Looking at the system's operation and coverage area, Kürecik and Qatar are in a position to track a potential ballistic missile launch in the region in advance, depending on the launch site. For this reason, the Kürecik radar is of vital importance against ballistic missile threats in the region. This system currently serves the needs of Israel, which has the highest threat perception in the region. That is exactly the point! Can you close Kürecik?

Were weapons transported to Israel from Incirlik Air Base?

It has emerged that planes taking off from Incirlik Air Base, used by the US, which is truly a 'nest of evil,' were transporting weapons to Israel. AK Party member Özlem Zengin denied the allegations in question.

Planes taking off from the Incirlik base in Turkey are transporting weapons to Israel. According to a report on the UK-based website Declassified UK, the British Akrotiri base in Southern Cyprus has become an international hub for the US to deliver weapons to Israel. US and UK planes are conducting transport flights from their bases in Germany, Turkey, and Spain to Akrotiri, and from there to Israel.

With US President Joe Biden characterizing the 1915 events as 'genocide,' American bases in Turkey have once again become a subject of debate. There are around 15 bases in Turkey that are used by the US and NATO. Incirlik Air Base, meanwhile, serves as the center for many of the US's operations in the region.

Following Biden's 'genocide statement,' in protest demonstrations held in many cities and on social media, 'Close the bases in Turkey to US use' became a prominent demand.

It is known that Incirlik Air Base is the center of many of the US's operations in the Middle East. Journalist and author Ceyhun Bozkurt shared important information about the base in his assessment to Sputnik.

Who cares about all this? It's a shame. The AKP and CHP have thrown our country into the fire. Shame on them, there is not a peep from society.
