They are writing the book on insolence and arrogance

The country's agenda, let's say the atmosphere in Bursa... 

It changes so rapidly that we are left bewildered as to which issue to address in this column first, or what to write about in a timely manner.

While trying to keep up with one after another, some inevitably get left for later.

Between Trump's Greenland obsession, America selling out the Kurds in Syria; the government condemning retirees to starvation, and Özgür Özel forgetting that he leads a party with a tradition of defending the law in his desperation to appease the Kurdish nationalists, and instead tagging along behind the DEM members, we have postponed addressing the exemplary performance displayed in Parliament by two prominent figures of this wing, Pervin Buldan and Sırrı Sakık, until today.

Let's not beat around the bush.

Both of them, with their speeches, demeanor, and attitudes in Parliament, showed us all just how far their insolence and arrogance can go.

Whatever we say, whatever we comment...

Words are no longer sufficient.

We should state it clearly, as dismissing the issue with "soft" expressions like "harsh language," "high tension," or "friction" would only be carrying water to the mill of this mentality—a mentality that has signed up to serve imperialism, sworn to destroy the Republic of Turkey, and is waiting in the wings to plant dynamite at the foundations of the country:

They are literally writing the book on political immorality and treason.

We know very well that if the theater they call a "process" had not been staged, they would not have had the courage to threaten the Turkish nation with such impudence.

After all, they have their masters behind them.

Even though it has given the YPG a good adjustment in Syria, they know very well that they are ultimately under the wings of their imperialist masters.

With the courage and self-confidence they draw from this, they have filled their sails and are aware that they are the most useful apparatus of the Greater Middle East Project (BOP).

They are so convinced that their immunity will not be harmed, knowing that their services will be needed sooner or later, that they have no respect for anyone and fear no one.

Until yesterday, the government and, unfortunately, the CHP normalizing the language of threats by saying, "Let the process not be harmed," gave them the opportunity to display their insolence with much greater courage.

Let us underline this with a thick pen.

As far as it is understood, Pervin Buldan does not care much about being the "Deputy Speaker of Parliament" either.

The dignity of the Grand National Assembly...

It is clear she is not concerned with that. She is very confident that she sits in that seat on the PKK quota; that is why she can behave so recklessly.

Instead of managing the General Assembly with "impartiality," she shouts and yells.

She threatens, "I will turn off your microphone!" she shouts, "Don't speak!" and snaps, "Know your place!"

As if she knows her own place and boundaries very well, she unleashes her fury on the deputies who react to her, saying, "I will do it, and I will do even more!"

She has no shame or embarrassment; good luck finding any manners, procedures, or customs. It is evident that she considers it a skill to speak with the jargon of a terrorist organization from the podium where the Gazi Assembly is managed; she sees this as a "good opportunity" for PKK propaganda to turn this place into a stage for treason.

Does she think, "It doesn't get better than this"? Probably...

Is Sırrı Sakık any different?

He openly threatens the deputies, saying things like, "Get out of our way. Otherwise, everything that is necessary..." he says, "If it's a fight, we'll fight," and provokes the public by saying, "Look, if you have the power, take it to the streets..." so that someone might react and they can profit again from the victimhood literature they have been unable to end for years.

Let's sit straight and talk straight; there is no political polemic here, nor is there an "opposition" tone in his own way!

This is pure language of threat and blackmail!

Boasting from the podium, "We know well where we came from to get here." He is openly showing the stick from under the cloak.

Let no one downplay the issue by saying, "Such arguments happen in Parliament," or try to excuse what is said and done with a bunch of flimsy excuses.

These sentences are not an outburst of anger or anything of the sort. They are the conscious manifestation of an ethnicist, chauvinist, and racist mentality that has been systematically built for years.

Let's clarify this fact.

The DEM members are not doing politics; or what they are doing is not politics.

They are using this as a tool of threat. The PKK is there anyway; when they put a tie on the tip of a gun, they will have solved the issue in their own way!

One does not need to read dozens of political science books to see that there is no democracy like this.

Let's speak openly.

No one in this country is excluded because they are Kurdish. They are not deprived of any fundamental rights and freedoms; moreover, we see and know that Kurds have been fed and nurtured with positive discrimination because they have been in cahoots with political Islamists since 2002, and they have flourished both economically and politically.

Let's pass over the nonsensical words of warm-brained liberals, fund-seekers, fake leftists, ethnicists, sectarians, or traitors who simply blow the whistle for imperialism; no one in this country is silenced because they are Kurdish, and no one is kept out of politics because they are Kurdish.

But Sırrı, Pervin, and their derivatives can use their Kurdish identity like a shield of immunity to recklessly challenge the state, the nation, and the Parliament, and can threaten the people of my country and their deputies without hesitation.

In other words, they have such freedom within today's political climate.

This is where the rubber meets the road.

The difference between being Kurdish and turning Kurds into an object of political blackmail must now be revealed in some way.

Because this distinction is being deliberately blurred by some. Every criticism is labeled as "anti-Kurdish," every reaction as "racism," and every objection is distorted as "denialist politics."

Also, let us note that some news channels that consider themselves "opposition" are fueling this.

Of course, this is not a defensive reflex, but merely a strategy of avoiding the fight. The convenience of running out of the ring when cornered...

Because the Kurdish nationalists are in no position to defend the DEM's line politically, morally, or historically.

That's why threatening is easier for them. They come out and try to scare the people of my country by saying, "We know where we came from."

Yes, we know very well where you came from!

You came from under the tutelage of a terrorist organization.

You are still in the shadow of Qandil. You are trying to justify yourselves by trying to produce legitimacy from violence.

You cannot leave this comfortable space even if you wanted to, because you have no chance of refusing the task assigned to you by your master on the other side of the Atlantic.

That is why you are deliberately escalating the tension; you know very well that you cannot exist without tension.

You are aware that if the shadow of the gun is lifted, you will have nothing left.

But your real fear is not the state. Nor is it the Turks.

Your real fear is the possibility that the Kurds, who are equal and honorable citizens of this country, will get tired of your language full of threats and blackmail and say, "You do not represent us." That is why you are constantly shouting, creating tension, and constantly inventing enemies so that you can fortify your base.

Even if you try to push these hollow sentences by saying, "We want peace, we want brotherhood, we speak the language of peace," no one is buying it anymore.

When you scratch the surface a little, the whole world sees that chauvinist fools who hope for racism emerge from underneath.

In short, the people of my country must now understand that this cannot go on like this, must clearly state that they will not consent to politics conducted in the shadow of guns determining the fate of the country, will not bow to the threats of the terrorist organization and its political representatives, and in a word, must make a strong objection by saying, "Brotherhood is not built by shaking fingers."

Otherwise, the great Republic of Turkey will continue to be tossed from left to right and right to left in the hands of the servants of imperialism for sixty years, and with that, we end our article.
