Targeting a country's head of state against their will; threatening, detaining, or attempting to forcibly remove them is the height of banditry.
What does international law say?
It speaks of sovereignty.
It speaks of the equality of states.
It speaks of diplomatic immunity.
What is Trump doing?
He says, "It happens if I want it to."

He says, "I will crush those who do not bow down."
By kidnapping Maduro, the US has declared the following:
"If I cannot defeat them at the ballot box, I will kidnap them."
"If an embargo is not enough, I will take them hostage."
"The law does not apply to me."
This is not the mentality of a modern state; because with this mentality, one can only be a mafia!
For today, Trump's target is Venezuela...
But one should not evaluate the issue merely as the kidnapping of Maduro.
The issue is exactly this:
If this act of kidnapping is legitimized, no head of state in the world will be safe tomorrow. Whoever has the power will jump on the other, kidnap them, or kill them.

By giving this order, Trump has actually lost his legitimacy.
The success story he needs to become president again is not "the kidnapping of Maduro."
The international community must not remain silent and must show the necessary reaction!
