Since the 1979 Revolution, Iran has been a target of imperialism. Internal uprisings, sanctions, military intervention scenarios… The goal has always been the same: to collapse the regime and establish a government aligned with the US–Israel line.

However, the picture changed after the attacks of June 13, 2025.

In the last 4 days of the 12-day war, Iran was able to demonstrate a reflex of recovery and unity during difficult times through counter-attacks. Today, the objective is to drag a public exhausted by 45 years of embargo into an uprising alongside an external attack. I do not believe that the Turkic regions will participate in this; in this scenario, I think the Kurdish regions would play the most significant role.

Regime change in Iran means an inevitable civil war, and this is a loss for everyone; most of all for Turkey.

The fragmentation of Iran would accelerate the scenario of a puppet Kurdish state extending to the Mediterranean in our south.

I hope the Iranian people will not fall into this trap.

I hope the Iranian people resist and do not allow American policies, driven by finance capital and guided by neocons and Zionists, to lead to a new regional catastrophe.
