Then the campaign to have bread packaged began. We talked about these at length.

For years, we didn't care how bread was made.

Thanks to a rising healthy living trend, our interest in food increased.

Stay away from anything that comes in packaging!

Everything is GMO, what are we going to trust?

Fears regarding GMO wheat were discussed in almost every setting. However, anyone who researches the subject a little knows that there is no GMO wheat production or sale. Therefore, there is no GMO bread either. But it's in vain! No matter what you say, these things will be said. Well, let's say we are consuming GMO bread. Has its harm been proven? No, unfortunately not.

Are Turkey's highest quality food products really going abroad? The EU-affiliated institution called RASFF (Rapid Alert System for Food and Feed) provides important information about the quality of our exported products. For instance, it identifies and announces problems in products imported from Turkey. Thus, we see that if the products leaving here are the highest quality, then we are ruined. Moreover, they make us consume some of our products that have been rejected by the EU. Products with no negative labels on them are sold rapidly. This is practically a food war! Especially dried fruits, when rejected by RASFF with various declarations, are sold back to us. Moreover, no information about the history of the product comes to you. Therefore, we see that some dried fruits have been seen and rejected by the EU and are being sold back to the domestic market due to the high profitability of dried fruits. The vilification of packaged products is understandable. However, when we consider the inspection of huge companies, an herbalist who is not subject to these inspections can sell plenty of ''unpackaged products.'' Well, how much have these been inspected? Almost none? In that case, a product we buy as ''natural'' or ''organic'' might be downright poisonous, let alone natural or organic. After all, these products are not inspected.

Beyond everything, many people have claimed that the 5 Families who rule the world have vaccinated us all to make everyone infertile. While there isn't even a single serious study suggesting these vaccines have such an effect, we are already using chemicals that sterilize our people day by day, make them sick, and drug them at full speed. While the dozens of effects of sugar are established and these effects are proven—and are far greater than those of vaccines—we do not see a social/political awakening on this issue. Trivial suspicion is preferred over cold, hard facts.

While the harms of sugar, cigarettes, and inactivity are clear, the ''big pharma'' conspiracy imported from the USA is winning. If everything is a conspiracy, no explanation is reliable; then only instincts remain. However, there is a problem here. While those instincts are within the reach of companies, people can be insensitive to their own instincts. Therefore, masses whose mental faculties and powers of reasoning have been crippled, and who are indifferent to factual studies that require intense effort and work, cling to such suspicion that living becomes almost meaningless. Such intense suspicion is actually a state of trauma. Those of us who have not gone through the intellectual processes to cope with this trauma, or who have not been educated enough to find reliable information, or who are just plain lazy, will either make no effort at all or lose their trust in all kinds of information and follow whoever stirs their instincts the most and feeds their fear the most.

In summary, our citizens are helpless, they have lost their tools and their institutions.
