I am writing this here.

One day, this watch business will end too. 

The car business ended, the housing business ended. 

Watches that were bought for ten thousand dollars, starting with the pandemic, were being sold for a hundred thousand dollars.

The pandemic ended, and the watch market crashed.

Those who bought and sold second-hand watches were left holding watches they had purchased for hundreds of thousands of dollars. 

Their losses were immense. 

Now, it is the dealers' turn. 

For 10 years, they made people chase after them for years by claiming they had put them on a waiting list to buy a watch. 

They gave watches to those they wanted to, and stalled those they didn't for years. 

Those who wanted to wear watches on their wrists chased after brands like Patek Philippe, Audemars Piguet, Rolex, and Richard Mille.

They chased, and the brands ran away.

Those who managed to buy a watch were considered lucky. 

Ministers, members of parliament, business people, artists—they all spent great effort to wear these watches on their wrists.

The money in your pocket is often insufficient to buy these watches; sometimes it can take years. 

You must protect these watches, which you spent so much effort to acquire, just as much as you use them.

These watches, bought from boutiques, are sold on the grey market for 2-3 times their price. This is also how you learn how valuable a watch is. 

Now, with the exception of a few models, many watch models from these brands have also piled up in the hands of dealers.

No one wants to wear expensive watches anymore. 

No one wants to walk around with a fortune on their wrist anymore. 

No one wants to be in the headlines with those expensive watches anymore. 

No one wants to experience a criminal incident because of the expensive watches they wear anymore. 

Those expensive watches have now become a nightmare for those who wear them.

Our people do not have the same knowledge about watches as Europeans.

The expensive brand watches we wear on our wrists have now started to threaten our safety.

European countries are issuing warning after warning on this subject.

Security units are issuing statements saying, "Do not wear watches, you are in danger."

This year, I traveled to many places in Europe, America, and the Middle East.

The thing I noticed most during these travels is that people are now afraid to travel with their watches. 

In our country, the prices of these watches are not as widely known as they are abroad.

However, abroad, taxi and Uber drivers, waiters in luxury restaurants, and hotel reception staff are quite knowledgeable about these watches. 

If you are traveling abroad and wearing one of the brands I mentioned above on your wrist, pay attention to what I am about to write.

When you use a taxi or Uber, if your driver says to you, "What a beautiful watch you have," get out of that vehicle immediately. When the vehicle takes you to your destination, you might encounter a surprise and lose that beautiful watch of yours, or even your life. 

While you are eating at a luxury restaurant with your priceless watch, it will only take a few seconds for your waiter to notice your watch and report it to the people they work with outside. 

You are also in danger if malicious staff at the hotel where you are staying notice the value of your watch. When you leave the hotel, having your watch taken off your wrist is very easy, especially in some countries.

Following a 60 percent increase in watch robberies in England, the London Metropolitan Police took a series of measures. England has increased its precautions on this matter and has started to warn those who wear luxury watches.

The London Metropolitan Police is issuing warnings on billboards in London, writing, "Watch theft is occurring; do not wear a watch unless necessary, or hide your watch."

The London Metropolitan Police also hung banners on their vehicles that read: "Wear your watch carefully. Hide your watch. If you are threatened, give up your watch. If you don't need it, don't wear a watch. Be careful about which watch you wear. Keep your eyes peeled, do not let your guard down." 

I, too, am warning those who wear luxury watches from here. Take care of the watch you bought under such difficult conditions. 

Do not travel with your luxury watch unless necessary. 

If you don't care about your watch, care about your life.
