A friend is known by their face, an enemy by their eyes

Albert Camus says, "After a certain age, every person is responsible for their own face."

Those responsible for their face are, of course, also responsible for their eyes.

I have been in universities for years. Universities are pushing the boundaries of classical existential philosophies in every direction.

There are as many who oppose this as there are those who support it.

I am in favor of controlled expansion.

Of course, I am not one of those who ignore the effects of industrial revolutions.

Likewise, the internet revolution.

Student mobility is the most visible and tangible effective aspect of this expansion.

We have followed suit in accepting international students, a practice the United States and England began long ago.

There are more than three hundred thousand international students in Turkish universities.

Those coming from Iran make up a significant portion of them.

Turkish professors also provide all the support they can to the Iranians.

Without distinguishing between Azeri or Farsi.

I have even given a speech at the Iranian consulate.

Not to mention the interview I gave to IRNA.

However, as far as I understand, our Iranian neighbors do not share the same views as us.

We have not forgotten what they did to the Azeris who were fighting against the Armenians.

Iran, one-third of whose population is Turkic, supported its Armenian neighbors instead of its Turkic brothers.

Now, it is sitting at the same table as the Armenians regarding the Zangezur corridor.

The Iranian minister threatens us while looking us straight in the eye, speaking with an Armenian tongue on the issue of the Zangezur corridor.

When speaking about Turkey, there is no appearance of friendship on their face or in their eyes.

The grudge of years is reflected in their countenance.
