Even if these kids didn't have a villa to put a roof over their heads and were to become owners of a free villa—they all have plenty of money—the villa only exists in name.
It doesn't exist in reality.
For there to be a physical villa, there first needs to be a plot of land for a villa.
For there to be a plot, the region's zoning plan must be completed, the land must be reclassified from agricultural status, and the subdivision, consolidation, and road dedications must be finalized.
Property issues must be resolved, and zoning transfers with the municipality must be handled.
The way must be cleared for title deed procedures through floor easement and condominium ownership.
Floor Area Ratios (KAKS), Building Coverage Ratios (TAKS), site plans, and topographic surveys must be determined.
None of these exist, yet there was supposedly a free villa.
It is clear that no player, including Montella, believed in this villa-carrot issue.
And that is how the debacle came to be.
