The doctoral supervisor forms the thesis monitoring committee and the defense jury from fake professors they know.

The thesis itself and the publication resulting from the thesis are already fake.

Jury members for doctoral thesis defenses should also be appointed via a centralized system.

At the very least, 2 or 3 members of the 5-person jury should be appointed from a pool so that both the candidate and their supervisor take the work more seriously.
