I had previously written two articles titled “Goodbye Eskişehir”.
I had expressed my gratitude and offered my thanks for what it had contributed to us.
With two wonderful pieces of news I received today, it has become a duty for me to thank Anadolu University once again.
While I had the opportunity to put what I learned at Anadolu University into practice at Istanbul Aydın University, I continued my applications for European Union Erasmus funds.
I received the news that 2 of the research projects I applied for 4-5 months ago have been accepted.
I have added 2 more million-scale projects to the EU-Erasmus funded projects, 4 of which I had previously received on behalf of Anadolu University.
I wish I could have received these funds on behalf of Anadolu University, where I was trained.
But it didn't happen.
It couldn't happen.
It wasn't meant to be.
It is also sad to convert the added value we created to Istanbul, not Eskişehir.
At the same time, it is gratifying that our new university provided us with this opportunity.
May God be pleased with both our old hearth, Eskişehir, and our new hearth, Istanbul.
