Kızılbük

A piece of news just crossed my desk.

Buildings have been constructed right on the waterfront in the Kızılbük region of Marmaris.

There is no one among you who doesn't know about it.

Setting aside its violation of all zoning laws and regulations, it is a project that also goes against human and natural values.

They called me dozens of times, too.

They tried to deceive me by offering very attractive deals over the phone, but I didn't fall for it. I even scolded the girl on the phone, asking what kind of project it was.

I added that they had violated nature.

The poor girl didn't understand why I was angry, and she got annoyed and snapped back at me.

But the calls didn't stop either.

Fortunately, the permits were canceled, and no one from Kızılbük has called or asked since.

The principled Turkish Judiciary made its decision in favor of nature and the public.

May God be pleased with them.

However, we are left with buildings that even have their curtains installed.

A significant amount of money has been spent.

If you tear them down, it's a waste of national wealth; if you don't, God won't be pleased.

So, what should we do?

Let's seize them with a decree and turn them into both a dormitory and a school for orphans.

Children who start life behind their peers, who long for their parents, who are deprived of many opportunities, and who suffer throughout their lives, should be able to both vacation and receive an education here.

This way, it will serve as a lesson to other godless, rampant merchants, and God will be pleased.

By the way, these godless infidels haven't lost any money either. They sold the project as shares on the stock market. In other words, the public has already covered the costs of the project.

As for those who granted the permits for the project, they deserve to be slapped with a slipper.
