The first option means disappearing forever into the black hole of history, while the second means fighting to the death to exist. We are going through a historical process where there is a tug-of-war between surrender to the Greater Middle East Project (BOP) imposition and rejection. We are talking about an imperial strategy aimed at shrinking Turkey's political map and creating ethnic-based partners for the Turkish title deed.
A different method is being tried in Turkey for the new map, which is partitioned by ethnicity and sect, similar to what was carried out through armed intervention in Iraq and Syria. Turkey, which has adopted an uncompromising state policy against separatist terrorism as a principle, seems to have entered a period that means the legitimization of ethnic separatism by the state itself. The public is being persuaded that it is necessary for the prisoner of Imralı to speak in the Grand National Assembly of Turkey (Gazi Meclis) in order to stop the bloodshed and ensure social peace.
It is being carefully hidden from the Turkish nation that the call to be made by the leader of the PKK—the armed apparatus of imperialism's project for a Turkey without the Euphrates, the Tigris, and the GAP (Southeastern Anatolia Project)—will have consequences that go far beyond the legitimization of the terrorist organization. Looking at the statements made by the Imralı prisoner, Kandil, and their extension in the TBMM, it is seen that a series of demands—such as a share of the Turkish title deed and constitutional changes that would legitimize ethnic separatism—are being listed with the air of a creditor merchant.
To understand the imperial trap being woven for the Turkish nation, one must know the root ancestor of the separatist terrorist organization: the Society for the Rise of Kurdistan (Kürdistan Yükselme Cemiyeti). So, let's talk a little history. The Society for the Rise of Kurdistan (Kürdistan Teali Cemiyeti), which opened its eyes to the world in the maternity ward of the British in occupied Istanbul and in the arms of a British midwife, would begin its activities on November 19, 1918, less than a week after the Allied fleet anchored in the Bosphorus on November 13, 1918 (official establishment date: December 30, 1918). Let us note that the other two treasonous organizations of occupied Istanbul—the Society of Friends of England and the Society for the Rise of Islam—were products of the same maternity ward. Let us also recall that the Freedom and Accord Party (Hürriyet ve İtilaf Partisi), of which Damat Ferit and Ali Kemal were members, was in close contact with these three treasonous organizations.
The society, founded by feudal leaders of tribes and families such as Şemdinan, Bedirhan, Babanzade, and Cemilpaşazade living in Istanbul, was in pursuit of an Independent Kurdistan under British protection. The United Kingdom, on the other hand, was calculating how to secure the Mosul oil by using the Kurdish tribes in the region. As you can see, the promise of a Kurdish state was brought to the agenda as a lollipop offered to convince the tribes to guard the oil wells on behalf of England!
The attempt by the Society for the Rise of Kurdistan, of which the PKK is the spiritual heir, to raid the Sivas Congress, eliminate Mustafa Kemal, and destroy the TBMM—which was to be opened in Ankara on April 23, 1920—before it was even born, is the subject of another article. Let us leave this topic, along with the assassination plan of Bedirhanzade Halil, the Mutasarrıf of Malatya and a member of the society, which did not succeed due to the measures taken, for the next article.
It is unacceptable to invite the leader of the PKK, the spiritual heir of the Society for the Rise of Kurdistan—which was closed in 1921 by the decision of the Grand National Assembly of Turkey due to its anti-National Struggle and collaborationist activities—to the Gazi Meclis. The Turkish nation views this invitation as a denial of the War of Independence. This mental blackout, which would render the independence achieved by the Turkish people with their sacrifice, blood, and life, and the Republic that was established, meaningless, must be abandoned, and a return must be made to state reason, state sensitivity, and state seriousness. And without delay, before suffering irreparable destruction, and before covering a distance from which there is no return! In other words, before it is too late!
