A practice recently launched by the Ministry of Interior has become a topic of discussion,
"Inter-provincial Radar and Control Point Application Numbers"...
Supposedly, thanks to this application, citizens will be able to see all radar inspections.
This application is accessed via the internet.
On the site, you enter the province and district you are departing from, followed by the province and district you are arriving at, and it tells you the radar points.
However, it does not ask which route you will take; it takes you along a route it determines itself and only shows cameras that are part of the EDS (Electronic Inspection System).
In other words, you cannot see the radar vehicles lying in wait as traps on the side of the road. If there is going to be transparency regarding radar, where is the honesty in this?
It is still nothing more than window dressing for the citizens.
