Turkey is going through historic days. The ruling power has dismantled the rule of law—and continues to do so—with all its might to eliminate the opposition, neutralize it, turn democracy into a concept that remains only in rhetoric, and govern as it pleases forever without being held accountable.

In this climate, everyone is curious about the CHP, the internal conflicts within the CHP, and what will happen next. AKP Chairman Erdoğan and his team are both directing these developments and watching them with pleasure.

Therefore, let us evaluate this process, which is fundamentally based on the highly organized and insidious plans of the ruling power.

What kind of scenario might we face in the event of a possible 'Absolute Nullity' ruling for the CHP?

According to the information we have obtained, it is being discussed that if the court issues an “absolute nullity” ruling, former CHP Chairman Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu will participate in an action at the CHP Headquarters together with Özgür Özel and former chairmen Altan Öymen, Murat Karayalçın, and Hikmet Çetin.

Following the court's final decision, it is expected that Kılıçdaroğlu will take the helm of the party, and his chances of being re-elected chairman will strengthen as the delegate formation returns to its previous state. According to information obtained from sources close to Kılıçdaroğlu, the former chairman has been in close contact with Özel for some time. The two leaders are communicating through their aides.

While it is stated that the two figures are sharing information regarding a possible decision concerning the party, it has been learned that Kılıçdaroğlu will not be a candidate at the party convention and will hand the party over to Özel, but that he has been consulting on certain names likely to be included in the Central Executive Board (MYK).

As a result of this scenario, it is anticipated that Özel will also send positive messages toward Kılıçdaroğlu, who has been a target in the clique conflicts within the CHP for some time, and will define him as the “elder” of the party.

ALLEGATIONS OF A POLITICAL BAN

However… following an 'absolute nullity' ruling, allegations are also on the agenda that a political ban will be imposed on Özgür Özel and Ekrem İmamoğlu within the AKP. Within this scenario, the goal is not only the political liquidation of Özel and İmamoğlu but also of their aides. This is where the AKP's real plan emerges. Because in this situation, Kılıçdaroğlu is, in a way, forced to become the CHP Chairman.

For some time, Burhanettin Bulut, the CHP Deputy Chairman responsible for Public Relations and Media Relations, has also been a target… Allegations regarding a 'troll network' are being discussed concerning Eren Erdem, who held the same position before Bulut.

However, claims are also being put forward that the troll network in the CHP was established during the previous administration.

While it is a matter of curiosity whether the allegations regarding Bulut will extend to the CHP leadership, it is also among the claims that Kılıçdaroğlu's team has demanded that Özel “cleanse the names that are polluting the party.”

It is being discussed that if Kılıçdaroğlu and his team do not recognize the 'absolute nullity' ruling, a trustee could be appointed to the party. The ruling circle is waiting for this scenario to be realized by deepening the cracks within the party.

Thus, it is stated that correspondence in all municipalities that the CHP has historically managed, and especially since 2019, could be seized. It is suggested that this situation could result in the ruling power invalidating municipal elections and preparing legislation that could lead to mayors being appointed from the center, like governors.

With the legislation in question, the aim is to both cover up the trustee debate in the negotiations being conducted with the DEM Party and to weaken the CHP's influence in local governments.

The plans of a regime that exceeds its own boundaries every passing day, recognizes no law, rule, or regulation, and more dangerously, writes its own laws, have reached a dimension so dangerous that it could completely eliminate Turkey's democratic system...
