The government's ability to create perceptions and rabbits pulled out of a hat

No matter what anyone says, no matter which agenda item is brought to the fore, and no matter which country is engaged in a polemic, none of it will cover up the reality of poverty.

Turkey's primary agenda item is impoverishment, the decay linked to impoverishment, hunger, and social collapse.

While impoverishment stands before us in all its reality, and while figures are distorted by TUIK to create a rosy picture, the streets say otherwise.

In the past, we would encounter unpleasant scenes linked to poverty in extremely poor neighborhoods. We would see people collecting food or other items from the trash.

Even if it was assumed that some had psychological issues, this did not change anything.

Now, we can see people rummaging through trash even in neighborhoods we could call "middle-class."

The street tells everything so strikingly, so plainly, that let me concretize it with a simple example.

A few days ago, while shopping at a market, during payment at the checkout, one of the two people right in front of me paid for a portion of their purchase under 100 liras with a credit card and the rest with coins they had struggled to scrape together.

The other had to leave behind an item they had picked up. I think they chose to leave behind the item they needed the least among a few items because they didn't have enough money.

As a society, we frequently face similar situations; sometimes we keep these painful scenes to ourselves. So that no one's pride or dignity is hurt. The current age is, after all, an age of interaction and dissemination.

The economic crisis is burning the public like a raging fire.

As I was writing my article, my team members sent a notification to our readers saying, "New price hikes are coming." While price hikes continue to rain down, for some reason, poverty is at the top of the list of things least talked about.

Because the government and its manipulation teams pull new rabbits out of a hat every day.

One of the names directing the process is MHP leader Devlet Bahçeli... He creates wonders with a group meeting.

But the truth they must not forget is that the truth can never be covered up...

The biggest problem standing before us as a society like a mountain, beyond the economic crisis and impoverishment, is the moral collapse, destruction, and loss of values that emerge as a result of these concepts...

It will be necessary to continue to fight.
