Understandable questions for the government and its voters at a primary school level

The reality that is visible in all its sharpness is that our country and our citizens have been in a deep crisis for a long time.

A feeling of heavy weariness and fatigue prevails. The factor that most often pushes this feeling to the highest level is anger.

We get angry at what we experience countless times, we watch what is happening helplessly, we cannot reach any conclusion, and we can neither produce a solution nor find anyone responsible.

Because we have a government that is the most righteous in the world, has no responsibility for any problem, and yet is constantly exposed to the insidious traps of despicable traitors, foreign powers, and internal circles, despite always working extraordinarily well.

Undoubtedly, thousands of articles have been written about how 'teflon' our 'teflon' government is.

However, the events that have taken place in recent days and plunged 86 million into grief have made it necessary to write about the responsibilities of the government that is “always right” once again.

It is necessary to ask simple questions. Because what is simple is understandable. It is also easy to answer simple questions. Sometimes, of course..

Is the AKP, which has been governing this country for nearly a quarter of a century, and its side elements, not responsible for the economy? Hasn't Erdoğan also said that he is an economist?

If the government is not responsible, who is responsible for the economic collapse, poverty, people's inability to access reliable food, and inflation?

Which internal circles are in a position to cope with a government that possesses all the power of the state and can influence the economy with this power? If there is such an ill-intentioned internal circle capable of influencing economic parameters, what kind of power do they have and who are they?

Whose duty is it to fight against the foreign circles trying to sink Turkey? Who is responsible for the defenselessness and vulnerability against external interventions?

Is one of the greatest duties of those who govern not to intervene in the attacks, interventions, and similar efforts of internal and external circles, as they put it themselves, and to eliminate these attacks?

If this has not been achieved, who is responsible? If it has not been achieved, is there not a story of failure here?

Dozens of women are murdered in our country every year. Children are abused. Violence against children and women is constantly on the rise. The culture of violence has turned into a spiral. Every day, we read news in the agencies about citizens who lost their lives as a result of armed attacks. And we share it. Sometimes we witness unimaginable images of violence. It is known to all of us that we are facing a wave of crime that never ends, where society is degenerating and becoming fed by violence. We can ask many questions about why violence is increasing. However, there is one question that should be asked first. Who is responsible for security?

Come on then, let's diversify the questions a little more; who is responsible for internal peace, building a reliable society, preventing the murder of children and women, preventing them from being subjected to abuse and sexual assault, and preventing young people from becoming victims of violence?

Who is responsible for international fugitives, crime barons, and drug dealers turning our country into a sheltered living space?

Who is responsible for primary school-aged children starting to use drugs and this not being prevented? Who has not put up enough of a fight?

Who is responsible for millions of refugees being in our country for years, and for the tall, fit Afghan youths who line up like a row and walk into our country through our borders with their hands swinging?

Who is responsible for security at our borders? The opposition, or the public, or the journalists?

Who are the names so skilled at gathering votes with countless zoning amnesties?

Who is responsible for the fact that, despite all this time passing since the earthquake that leveled Hatay, people are still suffering and trying to take shelter in containers in freezing weather?

Who is responsible for those who, out of despair due to poverty, kill their families and end their own lives?

Who is responsible for our money turning into worthless paper, for the state's civil servant printing grey passports and selling them for 8 thousand Euros, and for academics, journalists, and artists becoming unable to travel or get visas? Who is responsible for this dark period and loss of reputation?

Whose duty is it to increase the reputation of its citizens in the world and try to carry them to a respectable place?

Who is responsible for 78 people, 36 of whom were children, being torn from life in a terrible fire, leaving those who remain to live with an indescribable sense of loss and pain?

Who is responsible for impunity, injustice, and nepotism?

If those who govern, those who claim to have governed flawlessly for nearly a quarter of a century, the AKP government by name, and even Erdoğan, who gathers all power in one hand, are not responsible for all of this, then who is?

I would be satisfied even if those who defend the government openly but under all circumstances answered these questions silently, within themselves.
