Let me continue from where I left off in the headline:

Not just honorable judges and prosecutors; honorable public attorneys…

Law professors, associate professors, lecturers…

Deans of law schools…

The true judges and true prosecutors of the high judiciary…

Do not be complicit in the “judicial” crimes being committed today!

Do not be an intermediary for the lawlessness committed under the mask of law…

For the violation of justice…

For the declaration of the innocent as guilty and the guilty as heroes…

For the burning of souls…

For the destruction of homes…

For turning the country into a “Valley of the Wolves”!

If you truly believe in the rule of law…

If you have even the slightest respect for democracy…

If you are committed to the principle of separation of powers…

If judicial independence is still important to you…

Resign in honor of the innocent student years you spent in law schools!

And while doing so, do not think, “What will happen if only I resign?”…

Do not look at how many honorable judges, prosecutors, and academics are following you or anything like that.

Be alone if necessary…

But in this system that enslaves the judiciary and turns it into an orderly; refuse to be a “judge of His Majesty” in “His Majesty’s courts.”

Because now, the time has come to say, “The mortar is finished, the construction is over.”

Four days ago, that is, in my article published on Monday, May 13, the headline was “Court of Cassation Elections, Tram and Airplane”…

In that article, I stated that the high judiciary was in a pitiful state, that all important decision-making bodies were filled with names “close to His Majesty,” and that great judges and prosecutors had fallen into the pursuit of handouts, and I continued exactly as follows:

“If you don’t believe it; keep your eyes and ears on Ankara today… You will see; the President of the Court of Cassation, who could not be elected for 35 rounds, will be elected today. How did this happen? Muhsin Şentürk, President of the 3rd Criminal Chamber of the Court of Cassation, who had been a candidate for 35 rounds in the Court of Cassation presidency election, suddenly withdrew his candidacy. Because someone told him to be a candidate for the Chief Public Prosecutor of the Court of Cassation. He did as he was told. Now he will look to enter the top five in the chief prosecutor election and will be appointed as the Chief Public Prosecutor of the Court of Cassation by President Erdoğan. And we will say things like ‘Democracy won’…”

I wish I had been wrong.

I wish I had been forced to apologize.

But what I wrote turned out to be true word for word.

Muhsin Şentürk, President of the 3rd Criminal Chamber of the Court of Cassation, who had filed a criminal complaint against the members of the Constitutional Court, became a candidate for the Chief Public Prosecutor of the Court of Cassation as a result of pressure from the MHP… Although he came in second in the elections held by the General Assembly of the Court of Cassation, he was appointed as the Chief Public Prosecutor of the Court of Cassation by the President without any delay…

In other words, he was rewarded!

He was promoted!

This operation alone is proof of how politicized the judiciary has become.

And it is foolish to trust a politicized judiciary.

Serving as a “judge or prosecutor” in a judiciary that the public does not trust is treason!

Judges and prosecutors are among the “intellectual” segment of society.

In a system where the law has ended and justice has been prostituted, the duty of true judges and prosecutors is to “stand up to the boss!”

It is to say, “I am not part of this dirty order of yours. I will not be a pawn for you.”…

One person, three people, five people, it doesn’t matter…

We will see the true jurists now.

We will see the true intellectuals now.

Let’s see if their legalism is just talk or if it is in their hearts?

Come on gentlemen, show your true identity and personality…

Don’t give me the rhetoric of, “Should we resign and starve? We have children too!”

None of you will starve.

You will leave the judgeship and prosecutorship and practice law.

But you will write your name into the legal history of this country.
