The AKP had also 'accredited' Fetullah!...

With the scandals emerging in the case of Ayhan Bora Kaplan, who is alleged to be the leader of a criminal organization, the words we hear most from the ruling wing and its media have been, “FETÖ-style methods... Okuyucular-Yazıcılar... Conspiracy... Frame-up... Coup”.

They have been at it for 22 years, but why haven't they made any real progress?

The year was 2004; the fresh-faced Prime Minister Erdoğan stated that the obstacle before Turkey was the bureaucratic oligarchy and said, “The day we overcome this, God help anyone who tries to stop this nation. They won't be able to stop us, we will move very fast. We will close the gap.”

Eight years later, in 2012, he spoke as follows:

“The system was not established properly, there are problems we are experiencing in the system. Because it was not established properly, you see bureaucracy standing before you in unexpected places, in unexpected ways; bureaucratic oligarchy stands before you, and you find yourself facing the judiciary in unexpected places.”

The year was 2015; he was now at the Palace. Pointing to the period between the June 7 and November 1 elections, he first explained the following:

“What happened in the meantime? The bureaucratic oligarchy practically took a stance against the elected. Why? With the atmosphere of ‘There is no strong government in place, it is unclear what will happen, it is on its way out,’ I personally saw and witnessed that elbows started to turn in a different way in many places. This bureaucratic oligarchy is a disaster for countries... If governments are not strong, the bureaucratic oligarchy makes an effort to become the power. And everything in the country practically comes to a halt.”

He then emphasized that they wanted a new constitution and a presidential system to correct these distortions.

Exactly 19 years had passed since they came to power. Finally, in 2021, he gave the good news that they had “broken the bureaucratic oligarchy across the country!”

WHO CHOSE THE “PUPPETS”?

But what is this; didn't he say again at the group meeting the other day, “We will not allow bureaucratic tutelage... We know very well who the puppet is, who the puppeteer is, and who wrote the play.”?

Since it has been a long time since the bureaucracy of the Republic of Turkey was swept away, who were the bureaucrats of the “New Turkey” they established that they attempted to establish “tutelage”?.. For example, who were the “frame-up directors” who we understand to be “puppets”, held responsible for the Bora Kaplan scandal and taken into custody, and for what qualities were they brought to duty?

WILL THIS INVESTIGATION BE “SOUND”?

Let us note this immediately here:

The homes of the “puppets” were searched, and their digital devices were seized. Then they were taken into custody.

Who ordered the searches of these individuals? The police officers who received orders from Ankara Police Chief Engin Dinç, who appointed them...

So, who will examine the seized digital devices and other documents? Again, the police officers reporting to Dinç...

What we are saying is; even if he were the greatest scholar in the world, shouldn't Dinç have been removed from office first for the sake of the “integrity of the investigation”?!

THE POLITICIZATION OF THE JUDICIARY

One of the important pens of the ruling power wrote the following yesterday regarding the Bora Kaplan scandal:

“We know that... FETÖ, which made this state and nation pay a heavy price, left its disgusting methods behind like a bad legacy. Preparing fake statement reports with secret witnesses, fabricated evidence, closed-circuit investigations, character assassination, slander... Adding plenty of lies to a small number of truths, diluting the main file, and settling secret or deferred scores!”

Good heavens, whose appointees could have continued the legacy of FETÖ's disgusting methods?!.. And with what audacity, and why?!

Are “fake statement reports with secret witnesses, fabricated evidence”, etc., only the police's problem? Does the judiciary have no fault at all?

You know about the elections for the Presidency of the Court of Cassation, the highest level of the judiciary... Sects, communities, and shares with the MHP were talked about a lot...

Then, last night, Erdoğan appointed Muhsin Şentürk, who withdrew from the Presidential candidacy, to the Office of the Chief Public Prosecutor of the Court of Cassation.

However, it was not Şentürk but Yaşar Şimşek who received the most votes in the elections. Okay, Erdoğan has the right to appoint one of the 5 people on the list presented to him; but at least in these days, the preference of the members of the Court of Cassation should have been respected!..

In short; if lessons had been learned from the Bora Kaplan scandal, would the politicization of the judiciary have continued at full speed?

WHO HAD WHOM “OCCUPY” THE STATE?

Let us continue with the ruling party writers.

One said, “It is as if we have returned to the beginning and are facing a new FETÖ trouble.”...

Another made the assessment, “We are facing the occupation of state cadres vacated by FETÖ by other sects/communities and groups.”...

It is not a new discovery, it is a known and visible picture. What is not asked is this:

While the same government has been in power for 22 years, how are other sects/communities and groups occupying the state after “FETÖ”?!

On May 1st, officials of the famous İsmailağa community hosted a group of journalists, provided information about their “madrasas and education systems”, and explained that they “have no financial or political baggage”, “have not entered into any structuring process within the state”, “do not have an organization within the Ministry of Justice and the Ministry of Health”, and that “with their attire, they are sending the message that 'We will not infiltrate the state.'”

One of the AKP writers who attended that meeting said; “Their religious, financial, or political activities can be discussed, talked about, criticized; but today, large structures like İsmailağa and Menzil... are keeping our unity, integrity, faith, and morality alive.” and then noted the following:

“The Kemalist crowd may not be able to see what kind of function sects and communities have in history and today, but the 'foreigner' has already noticed this and has been conducting operations to wear down these structures for a long time. We have all seen how Fethullahism, which is a US production, managed from the US, and working for US interests wherever it exists, played with the settings of society, the nation's faith, and the state under the guise of a religious structure.”

What a bitter contradiction!..

Yes, the “foreigner” may be conducting operations to wear down communities and sects; but as he himself emphasized, as in the case of “FETÖ”, they have used them well and can use them again!..

The most important statement of the officials was the claim that “The İsmailağa community is a structure accredited by the state, meaning it has achieved reliability in the eyes of the state. It is clear, do not have any doubts about this.”

Did you say “to be accredited by the state”?

Yes, once upon a time, the Fethullah Gülen community was also accredited, not by the state, but in the eyes of the AKP.

For this, they considered the decisions taken by the NSC regarding the Gülen community in 2004 as “null and void” and “shelved them”...

They gave them whatever they wanted...

The result of that, and what those who took up the legacy of “FETÖ” and continued on their way are doing, is also obvious!..

It means that the problem is in the state before the sects...

That is, if anything called a state has been left or remains!..
