Can a Muslim not be bitten from the same hole twice?!

Yesterday marked the 40th anniversary of the armed campaign launched by the separatist terrorist organization with the Eruh and Şemdinli raids.

It is easy to say, but we have been struggling for 40 years.

Despite thousands of martyrs and veterans, so many resources, and so many operations, why can the roots of the PKK not be scorched?

Because those who govern our country are fighting against terrorists, but are “friends and allies” with their masters!..

Look, last week clashes broke out in Deir ez-Zor, which the US handed over to the PKK/YPG in Syria. According to some sources, the conflict occurred between Syrian regime forces and terrorists, while according to Anadolu Agency, it took place between Arab tribes and terrorists.

What did the US say after the clashes in Deir ez-Zor, having previously provided air defense systems to the terrorists and dispatched 700 terrorists to their bases on the banks of the Euphrates River?

It repeated exactly what it has been saying since the day it began handing over northern and eastern Syria to terrorists disguised as the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF); it stated, “The SDF continues to be a determined and capable military partner. We will continue to work with the SDF until we are sure that ISIS does not regain strength... We are committed to our limited presence in northeastern Syria within the framework of a comprehensive strategy that will ensure the defeat of ISIS.”

A few days ago, retired US Colonel and former Defense Department advisor Douglas McGregor made the following admissions or threats:

“We are currently preparing our forces in Syria to attack Turkey. Who do I mean? We are encouraging and arming the PKK, YPG, and some other organizations acting with them to attack Turkey.”

The Ambassador Waves Goodbye

US Ambassador to Ankara Jeff Flake, whose every visit and statement has been an event since the day he arrived, and whom Erdoğan once reacted to by saying, “With what face will you ask for an appointment from the President from now on?”, will complete his 3-year term on September 1 and leave.

What do you think Flake said when he met with members of the press, first in Istanbul and then in Ankara, before leaving? He stated that US-Turkey relations are at a “better point than they have been for a long time.” This is the same person who said last month that Turkey had “strongly anchored” itself to the West and that the “strategic partnership between the two countries has never been stronger.”

What else did Flake talk about?

Like the pro-government media, he could not stop praising the prisoner swap operation carried out by the MIT (National Intelligence Organization), but he did not neglect to slip in the following:

“They were not on the negotiation side, they played an important role on the logistics side... I am not sure if another country could have handled this task given to it... Turkey has a very professional bureaucracy... Whenever Turkey plays a useful role, like in Ukraine, as in the MIT swap operation, I tell my friends in Congress, ‘Only they could have done it.’”

The second praise we received from Flake was for the Somalia-Ethiopia mediation. After stating that this issue came up in a phone call between Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan and his US counterpart Blinken a few days ago, and that they view Turkey's presence in Somalia positively, he let the cat out of the bag: it turns out they are pleased with our activities in the region because it blocks China!..

While Flake called HAMAS a “terrorist organization,” he noted that it was “wonderful” that Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas was allowed to speak in the Grand National Assembly of Turkey (TBMM). By the way, there was talk at one point of inviting Khaled Mashal to the TBMM along with Abbas; could it be that the US did not want it?

After Flake's praises, let us summarize the list of tasks he gave our country:

We are supposed to convince Iran to de-escalate... We are supposed to cut off military equipment exports to deprive Russia of its war capability... We are supposed to resolve the S-400 issue to be able to buy F-35s... We are supposed to normalize with Armenia... The US will not normalize its relations with Syria, meaning we should not either.

Even though some pro-government writers attribute the MIT swap operation, the Somalia-Ethiopia mediation, and the US calling Ankara for the Israel-HAMAS ceasefire and to convince Iran to Turkey becoming a “brand country,” it is clear that these people see us almost like “orderlies”!..

Since our main topic is the US-PKK relationship, let us end this section with Flake's response to the statement made by retired Colonel Douglas McGregor. Stating that McGregor does not speak on behalf of the US government, Flake said, “I have not heard that such a thing has been reported. I have heard that he said some nonsense that is completely irrelevant to NATO and does not reflect the views of this administration or my acquaintances in Congress, so I do not give credence to this claim.”

Well, does the US administration not consider the terrorists disguised as the SDF as “allies” in their entirety? On whose behalf are the CENTCOM commanders in a cozy relationship with the terrorists?..

In short; the man is mocking our intelligence as he leaves!..

Minister of Defense: Let Them Not Mock Our Intelligence

Speaking of “mocking our intelligence”; we must not forget our Minister of National Defense Yaşar Güler.

Speaking on a television channel the other day, Minister Güler emphasized that the Ministry of National Defense and the TSK (Turkish Armed Forces) have been carrying out the most intensive, comprehensive, and effective activities against terrorism since the War of Independence, and said, “The PKK terrorist organization is an organization that has been made a scourge for our country. We believe that as soon as possible, no matter how much support they give, no matter who stands behind them, we will bury them all in the pages of history.”

Regarding the US providing air defense systems to the terrorist organization YPG, he said:

“From the very beginning, there is no such thing as the PYD; this is entirely the PKK itself. It is impossible not to understand this. Our friends say to us, ‘We need force to fight against DAESH.’ I expressed this clearly to our American friends. ‘Do you really want to fight against DAESH?’, ‘I want to.’ Then we will give you as much force as you need. No sound this time. We are both a NATO ally and it feels like something that mocks our intelligence... The air defense there is not an air defense brought for the PYD. The Americans are there in northern Syria, including Iranian militias. These are systems they brought to protect their own base areas from missiles and rockets. We hear that they are training some PYD members there. This is unacceptable. We think, ‘Tomorrow, when you leave, you will hand over the systems there to them.’”

Let us note that not only Yaşar Güler, but also the previous minister Hulusi Akar, repeatedly warned the “friendly countries” that separate the YPG/PYD from the PKK, saying, “Let no one mock our intelligence,” but they continue to mock our intelligence.

As a response to Güler's call to the US for the fight against DAESH, which was in the form of “Leave the PKK, take us,” let us suffice by recalling this statement by Erdoğan in 2017:

“Whatever DAESH is in Syria, the YPG-PYD is the same. Whoever established and armed DAESH and drowned the country in blood and fire is also equipping, managing, and directing the YPG-PYD today.”

There is a hadith that Erdoğan uses very often against “FETÖ,” NATO, and all enemies; “A Muslim is not bitten from the same hole twice.”

Looking at Ankara's current relationship with the US, especially regarding the PKK/FETÖ sponsorship, the conclusion is this:

Either our leaders have never understood this hadith, or they do not care about being bitten repeatedly, or they enjoy it!..
