That rag and 1,900 terrorists!..

MHP leader Devlet Bahçeli, the architect of the PKK opening, claimed on one hand that the terrorist organization has ended and the Syrian map has turned a single color following the January 30 agreement signed between the Syrian administration and the SDF/YPG; on the other hand, he spoke of how it ended by saying that "SDF/YPG terrorists will withdraw from their current lines" and that "a division consisting of three brigades affiliated with the SDF/YPG will be established."

According to Erdoğan and the AKP, since the work of the terrorist organization disguised as the SDF is finished; because the "burden of the terror-free Turkey process has lightened," meaning the "obstacle" of Syria has been "overcome," it is now time for the PKK commission established in Parliament to do its "duty" and for other openings to follow!..

Only the Ministry of National Defense seems to think slightly differently about the course of events, as it expressed the wish that "the Syrian authorities carry out the assignments within the scope of the integration process based on assessments made with state wisdom and security investigations that yield positive results." In plain Turkish, it was said, "Do not bring terrorists who attack our country into certain positions."

Minister Yaşar Güler also stated that "they are working to ensure that the PKK and affiliated groups end their terrorist activities in all regions, especially in Syria, and surrender their weapons unconditionally as quickly as possible" for the success of the process. When asked, "The SDF is integrating into the Syrian national army. The YPG is dissolving. Can we say that PKK terror or terror has ended?" he replied, "Currently, a resurgence of terror is not visible. But this does not mean it will not happen. Therefore, we continue to take our precautions."

It is so obvious that the January 30 agreement is being presented as the dissolution of the SDF/YPG solely to accelerate the opening that has stalled domestically!..

Just look, it has even started to be discussed that the names of the journalists who will meet with the terrorist leader in Imralı have been determined. Fortunately, it was reported that DEM spokesperson Ayşegül Doğan denied this by saying, "The news that the names of the journalists who will meet with Mr. Öcalan on Imralı Island have been determined does not reflect the truth." However, let us note that Ayşegül Doğan did not deny that journalists would be allowed to meet with the terrorist leader, but rather denied the names circulating.

As is known, the day before yesterday, Erdoğan met with the DEM Imralı delegation along with MIT President İbrahim Kalın and AKP Deputy Chairman Efkan Ala. After the meeting, it was announced that "the common will to continue the process with determination was reaffirmed once again."

Where is "Rojava"?

So, does the DEM, which walks together with the AKP-MHP on the path of the opening, also think that the Syrian PKK's business is finished and the country has turned a single color with the January 30 agreement?

Did DEM co-chair Tuncer Bakırhan not command the following after stating that the terrorist leader in Imralı has said "protect Rojava" from the very first day?

"We also protected it... January 30 is not a surrender; it is an agreement that guarantees both the security and status of the Kurd. The Kurd will have internal security and will defend a democratic Syria. The Kurd will not only be in Rojava or Kurdish provinces; they will be a partner of the Syrian administration, will be a minister, and will take part in the Ministry of Defense. While governing their own cities, they will strive for Syria to also be a democratic country."

Likewise, did Mithat Sancar, the Imralı courier whom Erdoğan met two days ago, not say that "the model tried in Rojava is an important experience in terms of different identities and beliefs being able to live together," and deny the claims that "this model has collapsed"?

Meanwhile, did Sipan Hemo, one of the high-level figures of the PKK/SDF, not imply by saying, "Rojava is our autonomous region, and we are partners with Syria"?

Question 1: If the Syrian map has turned a single color, what is "Rojava," i.e., "western Kurdistan"?!

Why is it still being used?

Let us also share some scenes from the so-called integration process.

A delegation from the Syrian Ministry of Interior went to Qamishli to discuss the future and management style of the international airport there. After the meetings, it was stated that the security of the airport would continue to be provided by "Rojava forces," and that Syria would only open a coordination office there.

Again, when a delegation from the Syrian Ministry of Defense met with representatives of the YPG/SDF in Hasakah, the statement made by the SDF said, "The command of our forces has received the delegation of the Syrian Government Ministry of Defense."

During the meeting, it was reported that "a timeline was determined for the implementation of the agreement articles," and it was noted that "the SDF has begun to withdraw its heavy weapons in Hasakah."

If the agreement is complete, why are these heavy weapons not being surrendered but withdrawn, and furthermore, where are they being withdrawn to?

What we really want to draw attention to is the placement of the YPG/SDF rag, which features the so-called "Rojava" map, next to the Syrian flag in this meeting. While these should be the first things to be removed, what kind of dissolution is this that these people continue to use their maps and rags?

100 are gone, 1,900 remain

It was exactly 1 year ago; Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan said that they had given an ultimatum to the YPG through the Americans that "those who have the status of international terrorist fighters and have come from Turkey, Iran, and Iraq must leave Syria immediately."

In another statement, he noted the following:

"The new administration is calling on the YPG to lay down its arms, just as it has done to other armed groups... It is not an acceptable situation for the YPG to say that it will not give up its weapons. This is currently a problem for Syria itself. As for the problematic part regarding Turkey; the YPG is an extension of the PKK. More than 2,000 PKK members, international terrorists, and foreign fighters from Turkey, Iraq, Iran, and Europe are managing the structure we call the SDF in the ranks of the PKK and the YPG. Now, this is actually something hidden from the international public. They put Mazlum Abdi in front of the international public. This man is actually an administrator of a sub-organ of the PKK. Above him, there are PKK administrators in Syria. There is Sabri Ok, there is Fehman Hüseyin. One looks after political issues, the other looks after military issues; they are PKK administrators. It is impossible for Ferhat Abdi Şahin to make any decision or take any step without their permission. Therefore, it is unacceptable for a terrorist organization to operate in this way in the new era in Syria."

Let us come to today; the US-based Al Monitor, in a report it published regarding the January 30 agreement, while praising the effective role of the Barzanis, made the following claims:

In their meetings on January 22, Nechirvan Barzani conveyed to the terrorist leader in Syria, Mazlum Kobani, that "the withdrawal of fighters who are not of Rojava and Syrian origin would be a very important step in terms of building trust."

When Mazlum Kobani approved this step, Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan and MIT President İbrahim Kalın stated that they were "very pleased." This led Turkey to "soften its stance regarding the presence of the 4 brigades of the SDF."

Within the scope of this agreement, the "transfer process of non-Syrian fighters" is reportedly continuing, but "their total numbers are not yet clear." According to Al Monitor, at least 100 PKK members have gone to Qandil via Barzanistan. According to Anadolu Agency, approximately 110 people, including PKK members and soldiers affiliated with the former regime, passed from Ayn al-Arab to Hasakah in a convoy of 25 vehicles.

While the London-based Al-Majalla magazine reported that Fehman Hüseyin, codenamed "doctor Bahoz Erdal," was among those who left Syria, according to local news sources, "despite the safe passage commitment of the guarantor countries, Behoz Erdal used an underground tunnel network while leaving the region.".

Let us not lose heart; if it is true, 100-110 have left, surely a formula will be found for the remaining 1,900!..

Look at the situation; the head of the YPG/SDF, who is sought by Turkey with a red notice and who should normally be in Syrian prisons or handed over to Turkey because it is said that "he is not the representative of the Kurds," is meeting and negotiating hard with colonial governor Tom Barrack, French Foreign Minister Jean-Noel Barrot, the Barzanis, and Jolani/Shara, and some of his men are passing to Qandil with ease!..

And this is what is called "the SDF has dissolved itself, it is integrating into Syria"!..
