The NATO Lie!..

Despite many highly distressing developments in foreign policy during the election process, most of them were not even brought to the agenda or discussed. Now that the election is over, it is time to write about them.

In the last week of March, PKK members in Europe officially wreaked terror under the pretext of Nevruz. Terrorists, who attacked businesses, associations, homes, and a mosque belonging to Turks in Belgium, the capital of the EU, and set fire to the Ülkü Ocakları building, also carried out an attack with axes on Turkey's Consulate General in Hannover, Germany. In France, handmade incendiary and explosive materials were thrown at an association affiliated with the Turkish-Islamic Union for Religious Affairs (DİTİB). Furthermore, PKK members attacked airport staff to prevent the deportation of a terror supporter to Turkey, injuring three people.

Following these events, the pro-government newspaper Sabah recalled how the PKK runs rampant in Europe, while our officials once again reacted to the incidents with "vehemence."

"THESE ARE IMMORAL, VILE, DESPICABLE"

For instance, while Erdoğan was calling the young person injured in the attacks in Belgium to convey his get-well wishes, he stated, "These are immoral, these are vile, these are despicable. The official authorities there and our Embassy are following up, and we are pursuing it as well."

Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan explained that what happened in Europe is a cautionary tale, that the PKK is cornered as we strike them, and that this time they are wreaking terror in countries that have tolerated them for years, before immediately calling his Belgian counterpart to emphasize "our sensitivities and expectations."

Minister of Justice Yılmaz Tunç strongly condemned and cursed the attacks, announcing that they are closely following the investigation launched into the attackers and demanding that all countries take a clear stance against terrorist organizations.

Another strong condemnation came from AKP Spokesperson Ömer Çelik. Çelik noted that our relevant institutions are carrying out all kinds of legal follow-ups regarding the process.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs issued a statement saying, "The incidents that have taken place have once again shown that the PKK terrorist organization threatens social peace and public order in Western Europe."

Devlet Bahçeli, the leader of the MHP, a partner in the People's Alliance, linked the events to the CHP once again, saying, "The traitors who attempted to burn our Ülkü Ocakları will undoubtedly pay the price for these vile acts. Both worlds of those who set fire to our hearth are in the fires of hell, and no malcontent, no enemy of Turkey should dare to test our patience... The terrorist supporters of the 'DEM-infused' CHP will recognize and taste the power and might of Turkey. There is no escape or salvation from this."

WHAT HAPPENED TO IT BEING ENTERED INTO NATO RECORDS?

What is the meaning and significance of these events, which are routine for Europe, the patron of the PKK?

All three EU member countries are also our allies in NATO. (!)

Do you remember the processes that Sweden and Finland's NATO membership went through 2 years ago?

Erdoğan announced that he would not approve the NATO membership of these countries unless they recognized not only the PKK but also the PYD/YPG and FETÖ as terrorist organizations.

But after a phone call from US President Biden, he initiated the membership process for the two countries with a tripartite memorandum at the Madrid Summit. Ultimately, he approved Finland's membership last year and Sweden's membership this past January.

So why did Erdoğan change his mind?

While only the PKK was mentioned in the tripartite memorandum signed between Turkey, Finland, and Sweden, according to Erdoğan, the following had happened:

"The PKK has entered NATO's records, the YPG has entered, the PYD has entered, but above all, FETÖ has entered as a terrorist organization. The PKK, which until today was only in European Union records, is now not only in European Union records. Now, along with it, the PYD/YPG and FETÖ have also entered NATO's records, and who the real terrorist organizations are has now taken its place in NATO's official records."

Even though NATO Secretary General Stoltenberg himself said, "This agreement was made between Finland, Sweden, and Turkey. This is not a NATO document," Erdoğan continued to tell the same things.

In short; with those events that took place in recent days, has it not been seen that EU-NATO countries continue to protect not only the "PYD/YPG and FETÖ" but even the PKK, which they supposedly consider a "terrorist organization"?

THE PICTURE OF HELPLESSNESS

Let us report the latest development that exposes the NATO lies.

As is known; it is the 75th anniversary of NATO's founding. On this occasion, Foreign Ministers met in Brussels the other day. Hakan Fidan represented our country.

Even before the visit, the pro-government newspaper Sabah announced that Fidan would "convey Turkey's expectations regarding the fight against the PKK/PYD/YPG terrorist organizations and state that it is unacceptable for some NATO members to enter into partnership relations with these organizations" at the meeting.

And so it was.

It was reported that Fidan, who held back-to-back meetings with his counterparts, gave a "terror adjustment to NATO."

If these "adjustments" made after spending our most important trump card against the patrons of terror like loose change are not spinning one's wheels, what are they?

Yet, it was the same Foreign Minister Fidan who said the following in a television program during the election process, not even 15-20 days ago.

"Turkey actually did this in an extraordinarily responsible manner regarding Sweden, we all saw how our President managed a truly historic diplomatic process at that point. That is, a two-stage process, where Finland was admitted first, then Sweden. While Finland was being admitted, issues of counter-terrorism were kept on the table, and Turkey's theses were tried to be explained to the interlocutors in the best possible way. And these were tied to concrete documents in these declarations and summits."

Asking "What happened to those records, declarations, and concrete documents?" let us end with a quote from Erdoğan at the Tokat rally on March 25:

"One cannot reach the destination with empty talk."
