They couldn't get enough of deceiving and being deceived!..

On October 26, it was announced that PKK terrorists had made a decision to "withdraw from Turkey." Once again, there are those celebrating.

Why this performative decision was made and how they left is something no one is dwelling on.

Yet, there are painful truths that have leaked into the corridors of power and have not been denied even though 5 days have passed.

For instance, the terrorist leader in Imralı and the state officials he is in contact with have determined that the "process has stalled" and "faith in the process has weakened." Following this, plans to overcome the deadlock and give momentum to the process were put on the table. One of the plans was "the arrival of a few groups consisting of organization members to Turkey." However, since both the terrorist leader and the organization did not accept this option because no legal regulation had been made yet, the option of the organization withdrawing completely from Turkey was discussed. We do not know the "how"; the terrorist leader, who stepped in to persuade the organization, personally called the PKK and explained the justification for the withdrawal. As a result, an agreement was reached, and for now, two groups coming from two regions have joined and withdrawn.

It is so obvious that it was done just to make it look like the "process is ongoing," that is, that the PKK is "laying down its arms"!..

WASN'T A TRAVEL ALLOWANCE PREPARED?

Another example; if someone else had written this, it would be called "disinformation, misleading information for the public," but the pro-government media wrote it themselves.

Before the departure of the PKK members, transit routes and assembly areas were determined. Units on these transit routes were moved to other areas so they would not come face-to-face with the terrorists. Following these measures, 47 PKK members left Turkey under the supervision of security forces and crossed into regions that are safe for them.

Honestly, it would have been nice if a travel allowance had been prepared too. Like the offering of lahmacun and kebabs to the Barzani peshmerga who passed through our lands to save Kobani!..

Another claim by the pro-government media is that the terrorist groups left their heavy weapons in Turkey and left only with light weapons. Were the "light weapons" mentioned the M16s and Kanas rifles in the hands of the terrorists standing around PKK leader Sabri Ok when he made that statement?!

There is no limit to our intelligence being mocked; DEM co-chair Tuncer Bakırhan said, "The PKK dissolving itself, burning its weapons, and finally stating that it will not turn its weapons against the Turkish state by leaving the Turkish border is of historical importance."

The terrorist organization supposedly dissolved itself, supposedly burned its weapons; but they have those weapons in their hands at the Qandil show. How is that possible?!

Let us learn the real reason for the withdrawal show from Bakırhan again; he commanded, "Get well soon to the racists and those who discriminate, they have nothing left to use anymore."

What is it? They left just to silence the voices of those they labeled as "racist, discriminatory" simply because they opposed this bizarre opening!..

LET US ALSO LISTEN TO ORKUN ÖZELLER

One of those who opposed the opening was retired Colonel Orkun Özeller. He was arrested for this and has been in prison for 44 days.

Thankfully, he had given my name on the non-family visitor quota. When it was accepted, I had the opportunity to go to Silivri and see him during the open visit on Republic Day. Before that, I had sent some questions through his lawyers. While waiting for the answers to these, that so-called withdrawal took place. Naturally, this was the first thing I asked during the visit. He gave this response:

"I am following the agenda in prison. I saw the performative withdrawal staged by the terrorist organization. Haven't we had enough of being deceived? Yesterday, they showed they burned their weapons and said, ‘We laid down our arms,’ today they walked with the weapons in their hands. How logical is it to believe the words of these men, these terrorists, and to act by believing them? Terrorist leader Öcalan managed the organization in Syria starting from 1980. They conducted training in camps under Syria's patronage. Why? They said, ‘For the freedom struggle of the Kurds in Turkey,’ right? Well, what did they do for the freedom of Kurds who don't even have citizenship in Syria? There is no need to twist the words; the PKK's concern is not the rights of the Kurds or anything like that. Its only goal is to divide us, make us weak, and bring us to our knees. Today, with the support of the US, as its military, and to realize Israel's future plans, the terrorist organization has become almost the most dominant power in Syria."

''IT WILL END IN DECEPTION AGAIN''

As for the answers Özeller gave to our questions through his lawyers; he stated the following in main headings:

CHP'S CONTRIBUTION TO THE PROCESS: "Although the process started between the government and the PKK terrorist organization, the terrorist leader did not find this correct. As stated in the Imralı minutes, he wanted the process to be carried out not with the government but with the state, and for this purpose, he wanted the CHP to be included in the process. With the CHP being persuaded/deceived or willingly joining the commission, the process was transformed into a process carried out between the terrorist organization and the state."

NEGOTIATION WITH THE PKK: "First, let's look at what this terrorist organization is. In the reasoned decision of the case where the terrorist leader was tried, there are examples chosen from the actions carried out under his instructions. 56 actions were examined. Almost all of the 395 civilians killed in these actions are our citizens of Kurdish origin. In one action, 32 citizens from the village people, and in another incident, 24 of our citizens were massacred. 14 of these are children. On October 10, 1987, in the Şırnak Çobandere hamlet, they massacred a total of 11 of our citizens, including a 15-day-old and a 1-month-old baby who had not yet been named. The terrorist leader declared that he tried to prevent civilian deaths after 1993. But it is seen that he caused the deaths of many more civilians between 1993-1999. Even these actions in the reasoned decision reveal what kind of terrorist organization we are facing and what an untrustworthy person the terrorist leader who approves them is. How can you talk to such a structure, how can you trust it? What honorable state sits at the table with a terrorist organization? Considering all these, and as someone who has been involved in the fight against terrorism since 1993 and has seen the so-called unilateral ceasefires and peace processes in the field, I do not find it correct for the state to negotiate with a terrorist organization like the PKK. I believe it will end in deception again."

TERROR-FREE TURKEY SLOGAN: "This slogan/discourse put forward by politicians is actually an insult and injustice to the security forces who have been fighting for a terror-free Turkey with great devotion for 40 years. If the politicians were so effective, competent, and skillful in this matter, why didn't they succeed, why didn't they achieve it 20 years ago? Those who have been governing the country for 23 years are the same. Devlet Bahçeli has also been in the same position as an opposition party for 20 years."

HOW THE CONFLICT ENVIRONMENT ENDS: "The Republic of Turkey is not at war with the PKK terrorist organization. It has been and is fighting to prevent terrorist acts and neutralize terrorists. How can this conflict environment end without negotiation? Since it is the PKK that started the conflicts and carries out terrorist acts, if it really wants the conflict environment to end, it declares this. It says it will lay down its arms and dissolve the organization. The state also gives the organization 5-10 years. If it has truly laid down its arms and not carried out any actions during this period, it is accepted that the organization has dissolved itself. After that, legal regulations are made regarding the organization members, and necessary measures are taken to reintegrate those who have not been involved in crimes into society. But there are things that happened in the past. The organization said, ‘I will lay down my arms’ many times, and even the terrorist leader made a call to lay down arms; but this was seen as a process for the organization to regroup, and terrorist acts were started again. Therefore, it would not be wise to think that the terrorist organization will keep its promises and to believe it."

PKK IS NOT THE REPRESENTATIVE OF KURDS: "Although the terrorist organization claims that it was founded and carries out actions to defend the rights of our citizens of Kurdish origin, this is not true. If the public supported it, it would have achieved results in 5 years, not 40 years. The most important factor in its failure for so many years is the lack of public support."

NOT EVERYONE WHO VOTES FOR DEM IS A PKK MEMBER: "During the period when I stated that I was against the process and criticized the MHP, some troll accounts tried to carry out black propaganda against me by using the words I said in previous programs. What I said there is, ‘You cannot say that everyone who votes for DEM is a PKK member.’ Yes, not everyone who votes for DEM is a terrorist or a PKK sympathizer. The reason or culprit for this is other parties. It is their failure to see the real difficulties and problems of the people, their failure to truly touch the people. It is the mentality that does not want the feudal structure to deteriorate. Have the region's deputies, tribal leaders ever made an investment that creates employment? Unfortunately, they do not think about the people of the region as much as I do."

THE END OF THE ROAD LEADS HERE: "They say, ‘The Kurdish issue must be solved.’ But this issue has not been defined to this day. What is the Kurdish issue? Is it not being equal citizens? In what matter are our citizens of Kurdish origin not equal? They are in a dominant position in political positions, offices, the business world; in many sectors. Is the problem education in the mother tongue, the definition of the nation, local governments, that is, Articles 42, 66, and 127 of the Constitution? Let's assume that there is a change as you wish. Well, let's ask, whose Kurdish will it be? Or will it be different in Hakkari, different in Diyarbakır, different in Tunceli? How many years will this education last? Will there be middle school, high school, and university? Look, the discussions never end. Let's accept this too. Then we will discuss that everyone will not have to know Turkish and that the official language will be Turkish and Kurdish, right? Let's accept this too, will the discussions end? There will be a problem when explaining one's trouble to the judge in court, when explaining one's ailment in the hospital. When the unit commander is directing the battalion, won't he have to give commands in Kurdish other than Turkish? When Articles 66 and 127 are added to this, it will be said, ‘Let's switch to a federal system for peace and tranquility.’ Well, where will the states be divided from? What will happen to Antalya, Mersin, İzmir, Istanbul, Bursa? In short; the discussions and demands will never end, then the guns will go off, blood and tears will continue in these lands. The end of the road that some set out on saying ‘Peace and tranquility will come’ leads here."
