Who Could Possibly Be the 'Representative of All Kurds'?!

While the AKP and MHP are creating the perception in the public eye that the "PKK commission" established in the Turkish Grand National Assembly (TBMM) will let the genie out of the bottle, according to Imralı notes alleged to be from last May, the terrorist leader has delivered to the relevant parties a "manifesto that will proceed across the Middle East and the four parts of Kurdistan," which he prepared together with his associates. With this "manifesto," which the terrorist leader claims "has the state's approval," it is stated that; "A new beginning will be made... Both politics and Turkey will be renewed... Those who do not renew will lose... An era will close... A historical rupture has been achieved"!..

On the other hand, the pro-government media reported yesterday that an 11-member commission formed under the chairmanship of Vice President Cevdet Yılmaz has accelerated work on a new constitution. It is said that a presentation will be made to Erdoğan following intensive work to be carried out in September and October.

Another issue; while it is awaited with curiosity whether the commission in the TBMM will send a delegation to the terrorist leader in Imralı, an interesting statement came from Zekeriya Yapıcıoğlu, the Chairman of HÜDA-PAR, one of the partners of the People's Alliance.

Stating that there is no need to go and saying, "I will not go," Yapıcıoğlu explained his reasoning as follows:

"Abdullah Öcalan is not the representative of all Kurds. Öcalan may be the representative of his own organization and those who accept him as such. There are millions of Kurds outside of these."

Yapıcıoğlu also said the following regarding Syria:

"If Syria is to be established together, there is a Kurdish population there. Before the PYD even existed, there were other parties. There were parties that have been engaged in politics there since the 1950s. Issues are being discussed over the SDF. If it is said that those with guns in their hands have a say and others do not, new conflict points will emerge. Everyone will reach an agreement with each other and make their own decisions for themselves."

It is known that HÜDA-PAR advocates for the "unity of Muslim Kurds, who are divided into 4 parts and between whom barbed wire and mines have been laid," and is close to Barzani!..

Speaking of Barzani; he also shared his views on the "peace process" in Turkey and the terrorist leader in a long interview he gave to France24 television recently after a long hiatus.

Explaining that the current process is different from previous ones, that it has the support of the government, parliament, and the public, and that they will mobilize all their strength to support this process, Barzani noted that he has constant relations with Erdoğan.

Using the phrase "a radical change" for the process, Barzani stated, "The majority of the Kurdish people support peace and the process. Before the process began, Abdullah Öcalan sent a delegation to me. We declared our official support for the peace process and did everything asked of us. We will continue this stance. We hope that this process will bring peace and lead to a real change in the entire region."

Regarding meeting with Öcalan, Barzani said, "I would like to meet outside of prison. His release would be an important step for the permanence of peace," while regarding developments in Syria, he merely stated that "they support the agreement between the Syrian government and the SDF, that they are making efforts to see the agreement implemented correctly, but that there are some difficulties and obstacles, and that the path to this is not easy."

On the other hand, it was reported that during some of his meetings in France, he gave harsh messages against possible attacks on Rojava, the base of the YPG/SDF, and told Arab tribes, "If they attack Rojava, all Peshmerga forces will open the road to Qamishli, and I will be among those Peshmerga... It is true, we may have differences of opinion on some issues, but we will never leave Rojava alone."

What is the "difference of opinion" between the YPG/SDF and the Barzani-affiliated Kurdish National Council in Syria (ENKS)?

The US and France have worked for years for these two groups to unite, meaning for Barzani to be influential in Syria as well. Now, a joint negotiation by the SDF-ENKS with the Damascus administration within a "national unity" framework is on the agenda!..

ÖCALAN-BARZANI RELATIONSHIP

It is claimed that the new process is "domestic, national, and different"; let's see if that is the case.

DEM Spokesperson Ayşegül Doğan said last June that the terrorist leader "wanted to hold meetings with important political figures such as Masoud Barzani, Nechirvan Barzani, Mazloum Kobani, Qubad and Bafel Talabani," and that "these relations are of great importance in terms of both regional and national processes."

Again, Ayşegül Doğan, acting on those statements by Barzani a few days ago, claimed, "People want to establish direct contact with Mr. Öcalan... Let us hear... What are his assessments regarding Syria?" and asserted that "Öcalan is not only the leader of the PKK, but a name that millions of people accept as their leader."

Now let's go back 10 years, to the resolution process.

At that time, the terrorist leader had discussed "the ongoing resolution process and, in connection with this, the forms of relations between the Federal Kurdistan region and the Kurds in Rojava, and the Kurdish National Congress to be held" with the HDP members who went to Imralı, and had also written a letter to Barzani and sent delegations...

Anything else? At that time, Barzani meeting with the terrorist leader by going to Imralı had also come to the agenda several times, but Barzani had rejected this on the grounds that "seeing a Kurdish leader in a dungeon would make him uneasy"...

So, what does the terrorist leader think about Barzani, whom he wants to meet? First, let's recall his expressions during the 2013-2014 resolution process.

While giving instructions for the terrorists in Syria not to enter under Barzani's command, he emphasized that "Barzani's leash is in the hands of America and Israel"...

Upon Barzani's rejection of the proposal to be co-chair with Leyla Zana for the planned "Kurdish national conference," he said, "Of course he will reject it. He wants to be in power alone, but it won't happen."...

He warned the government, "Instead of making Syria a red line, they should make Barzani a red line."...

He sent the message to Barzani, "Say, 'Öcalan does not want a fight with you.' We will win there, and in Turkey too."...

Has there been a change in the terrorist leader's views on Barzani? For this, let's refer to the Imralı notes stated to be from last May. Allegedly, he said the following:

"They want to make Barzani establish a state. The one they call Barzani has established his state apparatus on our blood; he is the biggest nuisance and we must resolve it... In this state, even if weapons are laid down, Barzani would not let us live... Hundreds of friends were destroyed in Erbil and other places before. Davutoğlu went and said, leave the weapon here, leave it there. This is madness. I said, 'Barzani will come upon us and destroy us'... Convey this message to Barzani and Talabani in my name, 'We want to enter into the process we have entered with the Republic of Turkey with you as well,' make a preliminary meeting. But they need to meet with me, they won't take you seriously. Since I am the chief negotiator, I must meet. I will make a contract with them. This contract will be a peace and democracy contract. According to that contract, there will be laying down of arms. They will not attack, they will not besiege; if they strike a single blow, I will declare war. I will personally lead this. I will stop the war with the Turkish state and fight them, if there is a wrong approach... I had one friend, Ali Şaban... The Barzanis destroyed him along with his family. Because he was my friend. Would I forget this? Forget laying down arms. Shall I hand over my people to executioners... Barzani is dishonorable, base... Was Barzani a man to establish a state? They are there thanks to us. Did he establish a state by fighting... Barzani or other powers are in play... Barzani is the most fascist of all. I know the game and I will not give him this chance... I will spend all my strength to finish him. My feeling of revenge has passed my throat. We will try to solve it by meeting with him in the first instance."

This is the latest situation in the struggle to be the so-called "representative of all Kurds"!..

The pioneer of the new resolution process, Bahçeli, said recently that the terrorist organization SDG/YPG in Syria is "in Israel's orbit."

Since the terrorist leader in Imralı, whom Bahçeli declared the "chief negotiator," also said "Barzani's leash is in the hands of the US and Israel" and "Barzani or other powers are in play"; shouldn't at least the following be asked:

What is Barzani's role in this process, which is supposedly domestic, national, and different?
