Why Are We in This State?.. Because We Have No System to Detect Illegal Entries and Exits to Our Country!..

The fact that our country is being turned into a warehouse for migrants bothers everyone except the AKP and the imperialists. 

Millions of people—those brought in by the state under the guise of “Ansar brotherhood,” those praised as “cheap labor,” those who entered illegally by walking right in, and those who arrived with visas and stayed...

Even the most powerful countries in the world could not withstand this economic, cultural, and demographic destruction. Let us see how many more years we can endure in this state...

While this is the situation, Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan, who announced that a “historic agreement” was signed with Iraq on July 15 to combat terrorism, gave yet another piece of good news!.. Starting September 1, “a visa exemption policy will begin for our Iraqi brothers and sisters under 15 and over 50 years of age!”

Where did this come from, why under 15 and over 50; there is no one to explain it, and no one who understands it...

Those Who Raided the School with Chains Were Apparently Iraqi

Speaking of Iraq; you may remember the attack that took place on June 5 at the Çorum Başöğretmen Imam Hatip Secondary School.

When a student, reported to be Iraqi, fell ill at school, the school principal called an ambulance. After the initial intervention by medical teams, the student was taken to the hospital. The parent, upon learning that their child had fallen ill, came to the school with another person and not only cursed and insulted the school principal by saying, “Why didn't you inform us?” but also attacked the principal and the janitor with a chain they were holding.

Following this incident, which received extensive media coverage, the Çorum Police Department announced that efforts were underway to apprehend the student's parent and the person accompanying them. The Çorum Governor's Office also explained what happened at the school, stating, “The matter is being meticulously followed by our Governor's Office. We convey our best wishes for a speedy recovery to our School Principal and our janitor.”

A few days later, it was announced that those who carried out the attack were a father and son, that the 20-year-old son, M.S.D.S., was caught in the house where he was hiding during an operation organized by the police, and that efforts were continuing to apprehend the 54-year-old father, S.D.H.S.

The captured M.S.D.S. was referred to the courthouse after giving his statement at the police station. However, this person was released by the court he was brought before. Upon this, the Çorum Chief Public Prosecutor's Office issued a statement, noting that “incomplete and exaggerated news had been shared in some media outlets and social media platforms regarding the intentional injury incident that occurred at the school,” and announced that the foreign national M.S.D.D., who was apprehended on suspicion of involvement in the incident, was released after it was determined through identification procedures that he had no connection to the event. The Prosecutor's Office also provided the following information:

“An urgent preparatory investigation has been initiated by our Chief Public Prosecutor's Office for the apprehension of the foreign national D.H.H., who committed the act of intentional injury against the school principal and the janitor, and another foreign national whose identity has not yet been determined; all evidence has been collected, an international travel ban has been placed on the suspect or suspects, and investigation procedures are continuing, with efforts to apprehend the suspect or suspects ongoing.”

Identity Could Not Be Determined, But an International Travel Ban Was Imposed!..

The summary of this statement by the Prosecutor's Office was as follows:

The wrong person had been caught... The real perpetrators were the foreign national D.H.H. and another foreign national whose identity had not yet been determined... All evidence had been collected, and an international travel ban had been placed on the suspects who had not yet been caught...

We understand D.H.H., but how could an international travel ban be placed on the other suspect whose identity could not even be determined?!

All Quiet on the Western Front: They Escaped... They Cannot Enter Again

As with everything else, this incident in Çorum was consumed in three or five days and then forgotten. 

But about 10 days ago, something happened that showed just how much our country is in “safe hands,” and we were left stunned. This time, what happened was this:

When Governor Zülküf Dağlı, who held a press conference to mark the completion of his first year in office in Çorum, was asked what happened to the foreign nationals who carried out the attack at the school, the Governor directed the question to the Police Chief.

The Police Chief replied, “They left the country through illegal routes.” The Governor added, “It is impossible for them to enter again.”

Unless the attackers were escorted to the border, how are they so sure that they left the country and, moreover, that it is impossible for them to enter again?

Or is there a system we don't know about that detects these illegal entries and exits?!

This Is Also the State of a Court in Ankara

To answer that, let us tell you about a case heard in a High Criminal Court in Ankara.

The subject of the case is drugs, and all the defendants are Turkish. A.A., who is said to be the ringleader, has fled, and an arrest warrant has been issued for him.

Since the statement of this fugitive defendant could not be taken and the case dragged on, the lawyers for the detained defendants requested at the hearing last January that A.A.'s file be separated, stating that it was understood from his social media posts that he had fled abroad through illegal routes, and that a decision should be made regarding the other defendants as soon as possible.

The presiding judge says, “How are we to know that he fled through illegal routes?” and an interim decision is made as follows:

“In order to obtain information regarding whether the defendant A. has left the country through illegal routes, a writ shall be written to the law enforcement unit in the place of his residence...”

A day later, a letter is written to the Police Department, requesting that “it be investigated whether A.A. left the country through illegal routes, and if he did, his foreign address information be researched and sent to the Court urgently.”

In the response given by the Ankara Police Department's Anti-Migrant Smuggling and Border Gates Branch Directorate a week later with an “urgent” note, it is reported that “as a result of the queries made in the Border Gates and BKS (Border Control System) Project in the PolNet system regarding the person in question, no record of legal entry or exit was found,” while for “illegal entry and exit,” the following is stated:

“There is no system in which the illegal entry and exit of individuals are queried.”

If the Police Chief declares that the suspects “left the country through illegal routes,” the Governor says “it is impossible for them to enter again,” and the High Criminal Court President asks whether the fugitive defendant “left the country through illegal routes”; do we need to rack our brains asking, “Why are we in this state?”?!
