The new action of global colonialism: The attack on Venezuela

Global colonialism continues to consolidate its power. The United States' attack on Venezuela is the most recent example of this. 

It is inconceivable that a country could be entered and its head of state taken away within a few hours, as if they were being packed up. Moreover, there seems to be no resistance from within the country. There is an atmosphere in Venezuela as if everyone had been waiting for this moment. US President Trump held a press conference and joyfully shouted to the whole world about what a great job they had done. In addition, he happily shared a photo of Maduro in handcuffs. He also repeatedly emphasized that he had done a good job.

Are we surprised? No. 

When the same Trump became president of America for the second time, he had boasted to the whole world that he would bring peace. Months later, he appeared before the world public again to emphasize that he had stopped the wars and therefore deserved the Nobel Peace Prize. While Trump was emphasizing the Nobel Peace Prize, Russia continued to strike Ukraine. The massacres in Gaza were blood-curdling, but never mind, Trump still deserves the Nobel Peace Prize. And then, one night, he suddenly knocks on Venezuela's door. Although he arrived unexpectedly, he is certainly not an unexpected guest. Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro, who had spent years giving speeches to his own people and the world public in public squares, extends his hands to the US-stamped handcuffs and sets off on the road to the White House. 

Trump is at ease. Everything is for the people of Venezuela. Everything is for democracy, for peace. The script is familiar, the lead actors are well-known, and only the extras change. Had the same scenes not been experienced before in Iraq, in Libya, and even in Syria? The divide-and-rule approach of global colonialism has been put into practice in Venezuela this time as well. 

But will it always be like this? Will this system of exploitation, which has shaped almost the entirety of human history, never end? When will humanity realize the trap it has set for itself, and when will it start looking for a way to get rid of it?

There is a remedy; there is no need to insist on despair. 

The remedy is production. People must produce in order to shape their own lives with their own will. First of all, every person must believe in the liberating power of production. Awareness must be created in this direction, and this awareness must be disseminated. It is not enough to just work and produce; it is also necessary to understand what an important liberating space and tool this is. This understanding is valid for all of human life, from the micro level to the macro level. Strategies work up to a point. Every strategy has the potential to be neutralized by more successful strategies. Structures built on relationships also lack continuity. Every individual and every society must develop the consciousness to provide the conditions to be the subject of their own life. Being the subject of one's own life is only and only possible through production. 

Societies that hold material power through production establish dominance over those who lack it. Those who lack material power struggle within the sphere of influence of the powerful. This is the real reason for the wars that surround our world today. The powerful, in order to consolidate and perpetuate their power, dare to narrow the living spaces of those who lack power for their own interests. The only reason for this is the material power they hold in their hands.

Human history, as a whole, is a story of the powerful slaughtering the weak. Today, this story has taken on a global character. Today it is Venezuela, tomorrow it will be another country. Any country with fertile land but whose people are not productive enough is in the threat zone of the great powers. One should not ignore this reality. The only way to cope with power is to work, to produce, and more importantly, to be aware of the power of production. Countries that produce, ensure their own social welfare, and establish their own internal balance can achieve their own democratic structures themselves. No good has come to humanity so far from democracies entrusted to powers like America, Russia, etc., and it should not be expected to come from now on.
