With Law No. 7577 on Amendments to Certain Laws;

- Following the amendments made to the Income Tax Law and the Corporate Tax Law, advertising and promotional expenses related to games of chance and betting will no longer be accepted as deductible expenses. 

- Under the Unemployment Insurance Law, the President has been granted the authority to increase or decrease the state share by up to half.

- It has been made possible for immovable properties belonging to various public administrations and public-affiliated institutions to be included in the scope and program of privatization. The President has been granted authority regarding the transfer of revenues to the budget and their direction toward investment programs. 

- Commercial activities conducted through foundation universities have been made subject to higher taxes.

- With the regulation made in the Special Consumption Tax (ÖTV) Law, the vehicle purchase exemption for individuals with disabilities has been redefined, and monetary limits and technical specifications for certain vehicle groups have been updated.

- With the amendment made to the Military Service Law, the base index value used in calculations has been increased by 25% to 416 thousand TL. 

Following the Communiqué on Domestic Production Principles for the Manufacturing of Electric Scooters, an obligation has been introduced to submit domestic goods certificates for scooters or their components during the application process. In general, it has been made mandatory for at least one of the three main groups—battery and chassis, motor, and braking system—to be of domestic origin.

With the Regulation on Transport Vehicles to Operate in Köyceğiz Lake and Dalyan Channels, the use of electric motors has been mandated for boats navigating in Köyceğiz Lake and Dalyan Channels, while a hybrid motor requirement has been introduced for boats that will serve on the lake, channel, and sea lines.
