With the amendment made to the National Occupational Health and Safety Council Regulation, the 2013 regulation was repealed. Under the new regulation, the Union of Chambers of Turkish Engineers and Architects (TMMOB) and the Turkish Medical Association (TTB) were removed from the council membership, and participation was made conditional upon invitation. Local administrations were also removed from the working group members. An indefinite confidentiality requirement was introduced for members of boards, advisory groups, and working groups. Members will not be able to disclose to the public any information or documents they learn during their duties, nor any commercial, scientific, or technical information regarding the institutions and organizations they learn about during their tenure.

Following the amendment to the Spatial Planning Construction Regulation, cemevis (Alevi places of worship) have been defined as cultural facilities in zoning legislation.

With the amendment to the Regulation on Rehabilitation in Mining Areas, a mandatory requirement was introduced for mines to pay a rehabilitation fee equal to the operating license fee each year. Since the actual cost of rehabilitation varies depending on project size, geography, and mining method, a fixed amount equal to the license fee does not appear to be a realistic guarantee.

With the amendment made to the Principles Regarding the Employment of Contracted Personnel, the right to part-time work after childbirth was expanded to include contracted personnel.

The Constitutional Court;

- Annulled the finality limit for appeals in the Code of Civil Procedure regarding lawsuits for the determination of expropriation value, to take effect after 9 months. Thus, the path to appeal has been opened for all cases within this scope.

- Ruled that the monitoring and recording of convicts' phone calls and closed visits without notification and without justification violates the freedom of communication and the right to respect for private and family life. Leaving aside the debate on how the non-existent right of a prisoner—who should not have freedom of communication or a private life—is violated, the fact that these conversations were already being recorded by the prisoners' relatives and shared on the internet was a situation that wounded the public conscience. I am of the opinion that ending all digital communication of prisoners with the outside world and returning to traditional visitation methods would be the most appropriate course of action.

An amendment was made to the Coastal Law Regulation, adopting the procedure of complying with the coastal strip widths included in approved zoning plans dated before 1990 for partial construction decisions taken by municipalities in areas subject to the Coastal Law. The previous regulation's reliance on the date of 1992 had been annulled by the Council of State. With this correction, uncertainties that could be experienced with local administrations regarding the principles to be followed in zoning plans made before and after 1990 in coastal strips have been eliminated.

Following the stay of execution decision issued by the Ankara 25th Administrative Court, the Banking Regulation and Supervision Board decision that revoked the operating license of Papara Elektronik Para A.Ş. was repealed by the CBRT.

The communiqués on the Conversion of Turkish Lira Deposits and Participation Accounts and the Conversion of Gold Accounts to Turkish Lira Deposits and Participation Accounts were repealed. As of August 23, 2025, the Central Bank had announced that KKM (FX-protected deposit) account opening and renewal transactions, excluding Yuvam accounts, had been terminated and would not be renewed upon maturity. However, the practice of converting gold accounts to Turkish lira deposits and participation accounts and bringing physical gold assets into the financial system (FATSİ) continues as the maturities for this practice have not yet ended.
