The Ministry of Trade has published the Regulation on Amendments to the Export Regulation. Following the regulation, consignment export applications must be made directly to the relevant General Secretariat of Exporters' Associations, and approved customs declarations must be submitted to the customs administration within 30 days. The final sale of the goods in question must be completed within 1 year from the date of export, and this period may be extended for another 2 years in mandatory cases. When a final sale is made, a mandatory notification must be submitted to the Exporters' Associations and the intermediary bank within 120 days.

In its file with application number 2020/28016, the Constitutional Court evaluated situations such as the failure to pay the actual value in urgent expropriation cases and the accurate determination of the objective value increase rate in valuation as a violation of the right to property.

The Ministry of Trade has published the Regulation on Amendments to the Regulation on Shopping Centers. With the amendment, the definition of common areas has been expanded, and event areas, places of worship, baby care rooms, and children's play areas have been included in the common area. A requirement for common areas to be free of charge has been introduced, with an exception for time-based charging only for parking lots.

In its file with application number 2022/95767, the Constitutional Court ruled that the right to respect for family life was violated because the case for the return of a joint child to their habitual residence abroad lasted 4 years, including the appeal process.

The Ministry of Treasury and Finance has published the Regulation on Amendments to the Regulation on Permitting Public Institutions and Organizations to Provide External Financing, Excluding Grants, Without Treasury Guarantee and Monitoring the Provided External Financing. With the regulation, public institutions and organizations, along with their affiliates and companies in which they hold more than 50 percent of the capital, will be required to have no overdue debts to the Ministry as of the date of application, no overdue debts to tax offices, and no unpaid premiums or other receivables to the Social Security Institution within the prescribed time in order to provide external financing, excluding grants, without a Treasury guarantee.

In its application numbered 2024/176 Basis and 2025/42 Decision, the Constitutional Court rejected the request for the cancellation of the phrase "...net profit obtained." in Article 151/2-c of the Industrial Property Law, ruling that the regulation is not unconstitutional.

The Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure has published the Regulation on Amendments to the Road Transport Regulation. With the regulation, a requirement for motorcycle couriers to obtain a P1 authorization certificate and a Courier Activity Certificate has been introduced. Courier operators will be able to obtain their professional competence certificates (SRC-Motorcycle Courier SRC–Courier Activity Certificate) within one year at the latest. Companies will report the couriers they employ to the Ministry, and those convicted of certain crimes will not be able to obtain an authorization certificate. Furthermore, it has been prohibited for couriers to make any delivery time commitments. It has become mandatory for businesses to provide protective equipment to their couriers and for the company's U-Net number to be present on the protective clothing. Additionally, a 95 percent discount on vehicle card fees has been implemented for every female driver employed, and the authorization certificates of firms that have employed female drivers equal to 10 percent of their vehicles in the last year will be extended free of charge for three months.

By Presidential Circular No. 2025/8, May 16, the last day of the May 10-16 Disability Week, was declared National Accessibility Day, and by Circular No. 2025/9, May 22 was declared Financial Literacy Day.

Regional Administrative Courts (BİM) have been established in Antalya, Diyarbakır, and Kayseri. The provinces of Antalya, Burdur, and Isparta have been attached to the Antalya BİM; the provinces of Diyarbakır, Batman, Elazığ, Mardin, Siirt, Şırnak, Bingöl, and Muş to the Diyarbakır BİM; and the provinces of Kayseri, Kırşehir, Nevşehir, Sivas, and Yozgat to the Kayseri BİM.
