Presidential Decrees published throughout the week include:
- 10 new substances were added to the controlled narcotics classification. (10129)
- All customs duties on imports of more than 5 thousand products of Qatari origin were reduced to zero. (10130-10131)
- Strike decisions taken by the Türkiye Mining Workers' Union were postponed for 60 days on grounds of national security risk. (10150)
- The reduced withholding tax rate (0%) applied to income derived from government bonds and Treasury bills was extended until 13 December 2025. (10154)
- It was decided to bring 9 publicly owned properties located in central districts of İstanbul within the scope of privatisation until 31.12.2028. The properties include large, centrally located public spaces such as the Kadıköy Tax Office on Halitağa Street in Kadıköy, the Şişli Revenue Directorate opposite Şişli Municipality, the Kasımpaşa Tax Office, and the Hisar Tax Office behind the İTO. A regulatory amendment made by the Ministry of National Education stipulates that the approval period for textbooks used in schools will expire if the publisher or the publisher's owner changes. The Central Bank of the Republic of Türkiye (TCMB) extended until 31 October 2025 the support period for the conversion of foreign-sourced foreign currency into Turkish lira.
