The Regulation on the Prevention of Invasive Alien Species has been amended to curb invasive animal species. Accordingly, a National Invasive Alien Species (NIAS) List will be established to prevent the entry and spread of invasive alien animal species into Turkey. Species on this list will be prohibited from entering the country, cannot be transported in transit, and their possession, production, cultivation, and sale—even in preserved form—will be subject to authorization. 

With the amendment to the Construction Products Regulation, environmental sustainability information has been added to the mandatory performance criteria declared for construction products offered for sale in the market. The change was made following legislative amendments published in the Official Journal of the European Union as part of Customs Union compliance obligations. 

The amendment to the Regulation on the Production of Cigarette Paper requires cigarette paper manufacturers to install new machinery if they open a new production facility. The authority to grant permits for opening facilities has been transferred from the Tobacco and Alcohol Market Regulatory Authority (TAPDK) to the Ministry. Maintaining warehouses outside of the production facility has been prohibited.

The operating licenses of the electronic money and payment institutions named Fyzpay-Ttm-Klon by the Central Bank of the Republic of Turkey

have been revoked.

The Council of Judges and Prosecutors has decided to suspend the operations of all commercial courts in Istanbul on a future date to be announced, and to transfer the files currently held in the Bakırköy, Istanbul Anatolian, and Küçükçekmece Civil Courts of First Instance to the Istanbul Civil Courts of First Instance.

The Constitutional Court has ruled that:

- In cases where an estate is insolvent, the collection of a low amount by heirs does not imply acceptance of the inheritance, and that the current contrary practice of the Court of Cassation is contrary to equity.  

- It ruled that the annulment of a will due to formal deficiencies in official wills prepared by notaries constitutes a violation of the right to property.
