TÜRSAB President Firuz Bağlıkaya stated that the visa rejection rate for Turks has risen from 9.7 percent to 16.1 percent in 4 years.

From now on, Romanian citizens will also be able to travel to Turkey without a visa. A Presidential decree regarding the provision of visa exemption for Romanian citizens holding identity cards for their tourist trips and transit passages to Turkey has been published in the Official Gazette.

Citizens of all European countries that keep us waiting at their doors for a visa can enter and leave Turkey without any questions asked.

Of course, I am someone who advocates for visa exemption, but the double standard must be pointed out.

The issue is that citizens of exactly 93 countries can enter and leave Turkey visa-free.

Citizens of 23 countries can enter Turkey by obtaining an electronic visa without any restrictions. Citizens of 79 countries can travel to Turkey if they apply for a visa at our consulates and are deemed eligible after an evaluation.

So, let's look at where we can go without a visa. Come on, pack your bags and let's go on an adventure-filled journey, and visa-free at that...

One of the rare countries in Europe we can travel to without a visa is Andorra... A small country between France and Spain. But to go to Andorra, we first need to fly to France or Spain. Since both of these countries require a Schengen visa, Andorra, where we could go visa-free, has become a dream...

There is San Marino. It also does not require a visa from Turkish citizens. However, since we have to enter the country through Italy, which requires a Schengen visa, this alternative is also eliminated.
