Talisca? Or Muharrem İnce?

Don't leave your news choices to an algorithm - decide for yourself what you read. Add 12punto to your preferred sources!

With little time left before the winter transfer window closes, Fenerbahçe dropped a bombshell. They signed Talisca, who played for Beşiktaş between 2016 and 2018 and later moved to Saudi Arabia with an astronomical offer.

The CHP did not stay behind in this transfer race. They transferred Selma Aliye Kavaf, who served as the Minister of State for Women and Family Affairs in the AKP government between 2009 and 2011 and later moved to the DEVA Party. Chairman Özgür Özel proudly pinned the badge that tied Kavaf to the CHP!

I wrote in my previous article, how is it that people don't blush when making transfers in politics? Talisca will likely be booed in the Beşiktaş-Fenerbahçe derby, but Selma Aliye Kavaf will be applauded. How can someone who has served in conservative parties for years and adopted their policies suddenly become a social democrat?

Is there any difference between Ekmeleddin İhsanoğlu and Selma Aliye Kavaf?

It is said that Muharrem İnce will leave the party he founded and return to the CHP! Who will it benefit when he returns to his former party, which he caused great disappointment for his voters in and about which he later said whatever came to his mind? The new administration, himself, or the CHP voters??

The situation in Turkey was best summarized by a Cameroonian. Vincent Aboubakar, who transferred from Beşiktaş to Hatayspor, said, "I've had enough. The referees in Turkish football are making incredible decisions. I think the matches are now being sabotaged. They are making very painful decisions. They are playing with a team's future. This is a terrible thing. Someone needs to intervene. We can't take it anymore."

I swear, brother Aboubakar, we can't take it anymore either. So many strange things are happening off the pitch that we also think we are being sabotaged.

Football and politics are so similar; you have had enough on the pitch, and we have had enough outside! The agenda changed 48 times in 48 hours. French police raided a Turkish ship departing from Istanbul. 9 tons of cocaine were seized. The market value is 3 billion dollars! Artists, journalists, and citizens are at the doors of the prosecutor's office... The nation has gone mad, killing each other. Our citizens are dying and burning one after another due to negligence...

At least you have a VAR, even if it's fake, whether it's local or foreign. We have nothing left!

We have no trust left in anyone either.

By the way, who will Talisca play in place of? If Muharrem İnce returns to the CHP, can he cut Group Deputy Chairman Ali Mahir Başarır, who is in his former position?

Will Fenerbahçe become champions with Talisca? Or have the deep powers, which they call the 'structure,' already determined the champion even if they were to sign Messi?

Will the CHP come to power with these transfers? Will they march to power under the captaincy of Ekrem İmamoğlu, who came from the youth academy... They say a double yellow card penalty is coming for İmamoğlu!

Will Muharrem İnce be more successful than Talisca? Will Talisca kiss the Fenerbahçe crest? Where will Muharrem İnce pin the CHP badge, on his right lapel or his left?

Is football just football? And is politics just politics?

Crazy questions in my mind…
