There is a former actor on our screens who goes around picking fights with everyone: Hakan Ural…

For two days now, a statement he made has been popping up on my social media feed.

Ural said, “I can break a man's neck with a single Ottoman slap. I swear to the Quran, look!”…

He made these remarks after a speech that essentially meant, "Don't talk to me about Western legal justice, I'll just slap you instead."

He is absolutely right; when Middle Eastern justice exists, the West should just eat honey…

This whole Ottoman slap story is actually another myth… Everyone talks about the Ottoman slap, but no one sees that we are actually the ones being treated like a punching bag.

We have been receiving such slaps for so long that an Ottoman slap would be like the buzzing of a fly in comparison.

Now, don't anyone tell me, “Are you underestimating Hakan Ural’s slap?”

On the contrary…

Hakan Ural, who was sentenced to 10 months in prison in 1999 for obtaining a fake medical exemption report, was released after serving 2/5 of his sentence by benefiting from the Conditional Release Law No. 3713 and was conscripted into the military. He completed his basic training in Hatay and spent the remaining months as a soldier in Van.

How could we not take his slap seriously? Although, it doesn't concern me. Let those who stand before Ural and say “Western justice” worry about it…

He is a true intellectual who served his military duty like a sharp soldier and has appeared on camera with the most distinguished actresses of Yeşilçam, such as Banu Alkan, Serpil Çakmaklı, Harika Avcı, Oya Aydoğan, and Sevtap Parman…

He is a true new-generation hero who both rushes to the front lines and dispenses justice…

Please, do not divert the subject!

I am talking about the other slaps we are receiving. According to Türk-İş data, the hunger threshold rose to 19 thousand 234.43 TL in July. The poverty threshold climbed to 62 thousand 652.87 TL.

We are gasping for air from hunger, but while listening to Hakan Ural, we get fired up just like when we watch the “Diriliş” series.

It was determined that major companies in Turkey were not paying taxes. The Ministry said the matter would be investigated!

But the request for an investigation was rejected in Parliament by the votes of the AKP and MHP.

But never mind, if we throw a slap, we break necks.

The Bill on Amendments to the Animal Protection Law, known in the public eye as the ‘Massacre Law’, was accepted in the Grand National Assembly of Turkey and became law.

We send living beings to their deaths and then say, "We obtained their consent." Aren't we the same people who, when child brides are raped, say “The minor gave consent”?

Our faces have become like rubber, but someone really needs to step up and give us a solid slap to wake us up…

Otherwise, we will continue to be deceived by more fake hero slappers.

With Hakan Ural in the lead and us behind him, we will go off to slap Israel…
