They have produced another legendary study! In 2023, our happiness rate increased by three points compared to 2022.

We are so happy that we are dancing with joy.

Pensioners who cannot fill their shopping bags at the market are dancing belly dances with each other. They went even crazier when they heard the news today about the 3 thousand TL additional payment for pensioners. You should have seen them shaking their hips.

Following the collapse at the gold mine, the local people started a traditional folk dance (halay) in the face of the possibility of cyanide-laced soil flowing into the Euphrates. They had so much fun, you wouldn't believe it…

The fact that the exchange rate is breaking record after record has made many investors in the business world so happy that we have witnessed some prominent business people crying with joy.

The fact that inflation has not fallen despite all efforts has also made the people of my country extremely happy. The inability to bring inflation under control despite the 'Nas' (religious economic policy), ministerial changes, and changes at the Central Bank has been celebrated with various events.

The public, who cannot pay their house rent with the minimum wage, who are crushed under the burden of their children's school expenses, and who see that the prices on market shelves are constantly changing like a stock market ticker, does not know what to do out of happiness.

But TÜİK has announced: According to the results of the life satisfaction survey, the proportion of individuals aged 18 and over who declared that they were happy increased by 3.0 points from 49.7 percent in 2022 to 52.7 percent in 2023.

The proportion of individuals who declared that they were unhappy decreased by 2.2 points from 15.9 percent in 2022 to 13.7 percent in 2023.

When the values that are the source of happiness for individuals are examined, the proportion of those who stated that being healthy makes them the happiest was determined as 69.5 percent in 2023.

Perhaps the most realistic part of this research is this section. Citizens are happy by saying, "At least our health is in place!"
