A Clockwork Orange staged under the direction of Erdal Beşikçioğlu

The Tatbikat Sahnesi, where master actor Erdal Beşikçioğlu serves as General Artistic Director, has begun staging Anthony Burgess's cult classic "A Clockwork Orange" as a rap musical for the new season. The play, adapted and directed by Elvin and Erdal Beşikçioğlu, brings together highly esteemed rap and alternative pop artists such as Şanışer, Sokrat St, Ados, Kamufle, Redo, and Müjde Kızılkan on stage with an 18-person choir.

The gala for the A Clockwork Orange rap musical, held the other day at the Zorlu PSM Turkcell Stage, was attended by famous names from the worlds of art, business, and society. At the end of the show, for which tickets were sold out days in advance, the audience gave a standing ovation to the creative team and actors of the Tatbikat Sahnesi under the direction of Erdal Beşikçioğlu.

Among those attending the highly anticipated musical's gala were prominent figures from the worlds of politics and art, including CHP Chairman Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu, Ebru Akel, Demet Evgar, Burak Can, Sude Zülal Güler, Müge Boz, Hatice Aslan, Hazal Türesan, Naz Göktan, Selin Zafertepe, Güven Kıraç, Emre Aydın, and Sergen Deveci.

A CLOCKWORK ORANGE ON ANATOLIAN TOUR

Following its premiere at Zorlu PSM on September 28, A Clockwork Orange will continue its tour of the Mediterranean, Aegean, and Anatolian regions, meeting audiences at the Antalya Aktüel Open Air on October 9, Alanya Aktüel Open Air on October 11, İzmir Kültürpark Open Air on October 18, Bursa Osmangazi Hall on November 4, and the TED Ankara College Ata Stage on November 29-30.
