A new era for the Rambo series: The name to replace Sylvester Stallone has been revealed...
The legendary Rambo series is returning. Noah Centineo will play the young John Rambo this time, while Sylvester Stallone will not be involved in the project.
"Rambo," which has written its name among Hollywood's cult films, is preparing to return to the big screen with a remake. The series, which began with the 1982 film First Blood and achieved cult status with Sylvester Stallone's unforgettable performance, will this time focus on the young John Rambo's Vietnam War years.
Developed by Millennium Media, the film will star Noah Centineo, known for the To All the Boys I’ve Loved Before series. Centineo has previously made a name for himself with his roles in different genres in projects such as Black Adam, Warfare, and The Recruit.

Jalmari Helander, who made a name for himself with the 2022 film Sisu, sits in the director's chair. The film's screenplay was written by Rory Haines and Sohrab Noshirvani, known for productions such as Informer and Black Adam.
STALLONE WAS INFORMED ABOUT THE NEW RAMBO
Sylvester Stallone will not play the iconic "Rambo" character, which he brought to life for five films, in this project. However, the production team informed Stallone that Noah Centineo had been chosen for the lead role.
