Yngwie Malmsteen to perform in Istanbul on July 6
Renowned Swedish guitarist Yngwie Malmsteen will meet music lovers at the Harbiye Cemil Topuzlu Open-Air Theater on July 6.
Johann Sebastian Bach, Antonio Vivaldi, Tomaso Albinoni, Ludwig van Beethoven, and Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart are among the artists who have influenced the musician, who has released 22 albums, including his latest, 'Parabellum,' which was released in 2021.
Malmsteen, who began playing the guitar at the age of 7 by chance, is listed by "Time" magazine as one of the "10 Best Electric Guitarists of All Time."
The artist, who married Turkish-born Ebru Solmaz in 1999, will perform in Turkey again after 20 years.
