11 billion dollar approval from the CMB
The Capital Markets Board (CMB) has approved the debt instrument issuance applications of 4 companies totaling 11 billion dollars.
According to the CMB bulletin, the Board has authorized the debt instrument issuance applications of Vestel Elektronik Sanayi ve Ticaret AŞ and Türk Telekomünikasyon AŞ for 500 million dollars, Denizbank AŞ for 3 billion dollars, and Yapı ve Kredi Bankası AŞ for 7 billion dollars.
The Board has approved the operating license applications of Tacirler Portföy Yönetimi AŞ Private Equity 1 Venture Capital Investment Fund, Trive Portföy Yönetimi AŞ Participation Umbrella Fund, and Natura Gayrimenkul ve Girişim Sermayesi Portföy Yönetimi AŞ.
As a result of the examinations, administrative fines totaling 332 thousand 984 liras were imposed on RTA Laboratuvarları Biyolojik Ürünler İlaç ve Makine Sanayi Ticaret AŞ, 1 million 944 thousand 578 liras on Finansal Eksen Bağımsız Denetim ve Danışmanlık AŞ, and a total of 4 million 356 thousand 112 liras on 8 individuals regarding transactions carried out in the Euro Yatırım Holding AŞ (EUHOL) and Tureks Turizm Taşımacılık AŞ (TUREX) equity markets.
A decision has been made to initiate legal proceedings in accordance with the fourth paragraph of Article 99 of the Capital Markets Law to block access to 34 websites determined to be facilitating leveraged trading abroad via the internet for residents in Turkey.
