14-year-old boy assaulted in Ankara! Attacker choked him and threw him to the ground

The incident occurred on May 3 at a park in Keçiören. According to allegations, 14-year-old A.E.K. climbed onto the roof of a business located in the park while playing with his friends. A dispute broke out between the two after the business employee, E.A., reacted by swearing at A.E.K. for climbing on the roof. As the argument escalated, E.A. choked the boy and assaulted him. A.E.K. fell to the ground and sustained injuries from the blows he received. Upon learning of the situation, the boy's mother, Nasibe Zeynep Çelen, went to the business and confronted the attacker. Mother Çelen, who recorded those moments on her mobile phone, stated that they had filed a complaint against the business employee. Noting that her son has learning difficulties and is battling a brain tumor, Çelen expressed that she would not give up on seeking justice.

"HE SWORE AT MY SON"

Speaking about the incident, mother Nasibe Çelen said, "My son called and said he had been assaulted. I asked what happened. I went to the scene. My son had climbed onto the roof of a business while joking around with his friends. The shop employee reacted and swore at him. When my son told him he shouldn't swear, an argument broke out. Then he choked my son. There was a struggle. My son fell onto a rocky area. We went to the hospital. We obtained a medical report for the assault. We went to the police and filed a complaint."

"MY CHILD IS BATTLING A BRAIN TUMOR"

Stating that her child has a special condition and is receiving treatment for a brain tumor, mother Çelen said the following:

"My son has bruises and injuries on his back, arm, ribs, and throat. He is a special education student. He has a 20 percent learning disability, and in addition to that, he is battling a brain tumor. The attacker should have just given a warning. Or he should have notified the park security. My child has also been mentally affected by this situation. My son has become very irritable. When I mention this subject, he says he doesn't want to talk about it. Yesterday, he suddenly started punching the air inside the car. I do not want the person who committed this assault to go unpunished. After the incident, the attacker told my son, 'I have beaten and chased away many children here.'"
