15 July Martyrs Bridge to be closed to two-way traffic at certain hours
It has been announced that the 15 July Martyrs Bridge will be closed to two-way vehicle traffic on specified days and time intervals as part of the 100th Anniversary of our Republic events, which will be held under the auspices of the Republic of Türkiye Directorate of Communications.
In a statement made by the Istanbul Governor's Office, it was learned that the 15 July Martyrs Bridge will be kept closed to vehicle traffic during the specified time intervals for 3 days as part of the 100th Anniversary of the Republic of Türkiye events.
The statement from the Governor's Office included the following expressions:
''As part of the 100th Anniversary of our Republic events, which will be held under the auspices of the Republic of Türkiye Directorate of Communications, the 15 July Martyrs Bridge will be closed to two-way vehicle traffic on the days and during the time intervals specified below.''
DURING WHICH HOURS WILL THE BRIDGE BE CLOSED?
In accordance with the 15 July Martyrs Bridge planning;
• Friday, October 27, between 02:00 – 07:00 (the night connecting October 26 to October 27)
• Saturday, October 28, between 02:00 – 07:00 (the night connecting October 27 to October 28)
• Sunday, October 29, between 16:00 – 00:00 (until midnight on the same day)
