In a horrific incident that occurred on November 15 in the Bozova district of Şanlıurfa, 15-year-old Muhammet Kendirci, who was working at a carpentry workshop, was severely beaten and tortured by Habip Aksoy, who worked as a journeyman, and an unidentified person. According to allegations, the child's hands were tied to incapacitate him, after which his trousers were removed and high-pressure air from a compressor was forced into his rectum. Following the child's severe injury, medical teams were notified and emergency intervention was performed at the scene.

ALLEGATION OF EVIDENCE DESTRUCTION

Journalist İsmail Saymaz stated in a post on social media that he had spoken with the family of Muhammet Kendirci. The family stated that during the initial intervention at the Bozova Enver Yıldırım Hospital, the child's trousers were thrown into the trash by cleaners, and that attempts were made to destroy evidence in this manner. Based on the family's claims, Saymaz reported that the perpetrator was initially released but was later apprehended and taken into custody in another city while attempting to flee abroad.

INITIAL INTERVENTION AND TRANSFER PROCESS

The initial intervention for the child took place at the Bozova Mehmet Enver Yıldırım State Hospital. Subsequently, due to severe damage to his internal organs, Muhammet K. was transferred to Balıklıgöl State Hospital and finally to the Harran University Research and Application Hospital. However, despite all efforts, the young child lost his life.

FAMILY ISSUES STATEMENT

According to the family's statement, the perpetrator, who was initially released in connection with the incident, was caught in another city while trying to flee abroad. While demanding that the perpetrators be brought to justice, the family stated that the details of the incident should be investigated further.
