17 detention warrants issued in ISIS investigation in Ankara
The Ankara Chief Public Prosecutor's Office has issued detention warrants for 17 suspects as part of an investigation into the ISIS armed terrorist organization.
According to a statement from the Ankara Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, it was determined that the 17 suspects were involved in the Ankara structure of the ISIS armed terrorist organization and engaged in organizational activities.
Operations to apprehend the suspects for whom detention warrants were issued and to refer them to the Chief Public Prosecutor's Office are being carried out by teams from the Ankara Provincial Police Department's Counter-Terrorism Branch.
