2 people injured after car gets crushed between a semi-truck and a dump truck in Sancaktepe
Two people were injured in Sancaktepe when their car became trapped between a semi-truck and a dump truck while traveling in the Edirne direction on the TEM Highway. Emergency medical teams dispatched to the scene treated the injured and transported them to the hospital. The accident caused traffic congestion in the area.
The car with license plate 34 KEE 738, driven by Alaettin Y., was crushed after becoming trapped between a semi-truck with license plate 41 AKJ 004, whose driver has not yet been identified, and a dump truck with license plate 34 DRC 541, while traveling in the Edirne direction on the TEM Highway.
Alaettin Y., the driver of the heavily damaged car, and Kadriye Y. were injured in the accident.
Upon notification, police, fire, and medical teams were dispatched to the area.
The injured were transported to the hospital following initial intervention by medical teams.
The accident caused traffic congestion in the area.
