In the Doğanşehir district of Malatya, 1 police officer was martyred and 1 was injured after a truck struck a police team responding to an accident.
The truck, license plate 63 L 3119, loaded with hay bales and driven by an individual whose identity has not yet been determined, struck the police officers who were taking safety precautions on the road due to a previous accident at the Tatari location on the Malatya-Adıyaman highway.
Police, medical, fire, and UMKE teams were dispatched to the scene of the accident.
In the accident, one of the police officers was martyred, and the other was injured.
