23 people apprehended in drug operation in Kayseri
In 14 operations conducted by the Kayseri Provincial Police Department's Narcotics Crimes Division over the past week, 23 people were apprehended, and 7 were arrested. Narcotics, unlicensed firearms, and precision scales were seized during the operations.
The Kayseri Provincial Police Department Narcotics Crimes Division teams seized various narcotic substances and apprehended 23 people during operations conducted over the past week.
In 14 operations carried out by the Narcotics Crimes Division teams between August 4 and 11, legal proceedings were initiated against 23 individuals.
Of these individuals, 7 were arrested by the court. In total, the operations resulted in the seizure of 594.03 grams of narcotic substances, 1 unlicensed pistol and 34 cartridges, 2 unlicensed rifles, and 3 precision scales.
In a statement issued by the Provincial Police Department, it was stated: "Our fight against drug dealers and users will continue uninterrupted and decisively to ensure the peace and security of our people throughout our province."
