3 million 700 thousand retirees were waiting for this news: The lowest pension has become 12,500 TL
The pension amount that retirees were eagerly awaiting has been determined. AKP Group Chairman Abdullah Güler announced that the lowest pension is now 12,500 TL.
The Draft Law on Amendments to Tax Laws and Certain Other Laws has been submitted to the Grand National Assembly of Turkey.
Sharing the details of the proposal with the public, AKP Group Chairman Abdullah Güler announced that with this proposal, the lowest pension will be increased to 12 thousand 500 liras.
Highlights from Güler's statements are as follows:
"In order to increase justice and efficiency in taxation, we are introducing a regulation to levy a 30 percent corporate tax on earnings obtained by multinational companies.
The 5 percent treasury support applied to those who retired under the EYT (Retirement Age Regulation) and continue to work at the same workplace is being terminated.
The international departure fee is being increased to 500 liras."
